I have a stock stroke 68mm bore cub. Don't make fun of me, but its with stock carbs and T5's! I know it doesn't have all the power it should have, yes it is capable of draining the carbs, and yes I need a swinger (still stock). But the thing absolutely rips. I can't get enough of the light switch power of the cub. I love it for some good hillclimbing (lots of clutch and up over the bars to keep the front end down) and with liberal use of the clutch it will run trails nicely.
I plan on switching pipes on it this winter and adding a swingarm and some 34mm Mikuni TM flatslides. Probably get oversized bowls for the carbs also. All that I got initially was the cylinder, pistons, and big bore domes. I just didn't have the money for everything at once, I blew up in the middle of the season, and decided I wanted the cub.
By the way I dune, some trail riding, and lots of hillclimbs but ask BigRed350x this thing will rip up the hills just as well as duning and dragging. Had it out at Sand mountain last weekend and it was insane.
