  1. I tried WD-40 and it took off all of the little stuff, but on some sposts the entire adhesive is left and it won't dissolve it. I'm tryin to avoid scraping it so I don't scratch the shit out of the plastic but maybe I'll just have to, its just plastic......I may be shaving the front fenders soon anyway. I haven't tried the gas yet that might do it, I was thinkin that brake cleaner might work too. Thanks for the suggestions. BTW is there a special reason why everyone shaves the front fenders...just for looks or function or what?
  2. so im taking the flame graphics off. they got baked in the sun and look like shit. i got the fender ones peeled but they left a lot of the adhesive. what works good to clean them up that isnt going to damage the plastic, and does ne1 know an easy way to buff oout all the scratches?
  3. sounds good bigred. im startin to wind down from snomobiling now and getting the itch for it to warm up too. get my new toy out and see how shee runs (and then start dumping money into it for mods probably). that pond got any big fish in it?
  4. I just graduated from UW in December. I'm working nights now at Albertson's so I have some free time. The only thing is that I usually work friday and saturday nights, so I would have to plan for going to Killpecker, but yeah I'll be able to hit up Walden a bunch I hope. I haven't been there before, looks like a lot of fun. I have some places that look like Walden in Nebraska on one of my buddy's land but everything at Walden looks bigger. I'm looking forward to ridin with ya this summer.
  5. sweet. yeah we will definetly have to get together a few times this summer. im just bummin around laramie right now. cant wait to get back into riding again.....had to sell my warrior a few years ago for tution money but im back in the game now. time to start torturing the banshee.
  6. seein if i can find anybody that lives in or near laramie, wyoming to go riding with. plenty of people around here to snowmobile with, i just dont know any guys who do much atv riding.
  7. killpecker sounds like a bitchin place to ride. im livin in Laramie so im sure ill have to hit up walden a few times...id like to make it out to killpecker too this summer. i just got a banshee 2 weeks ago so im new to this (2nd post i think LOL) but it would be sweet if i could meet up with you guys! i dont know too many people to go riding with right now in laramie.
  8. i just bought a 2003 banshee and i live at 7200 feet here in wyoming. it came from the dealer with t5's and the full "perfect" jet kit and 2 into 1 high flow filter with the vents in the airbox - otherwise it is stock. i dont have any of the parts that came with the kit. i assume since it came from a dealer at this altitude that it is jetted for it. it will be going down to 1500 feet regularly so does ne1 have suggestions for what the mains should be at that altitude? just a range would be nice so i have a place to start and i dont run too lean and burn the motor up. i havent taken apart the carbs yet to see what the main jets are yet, im waiting for my clymer manual so that i dont fuck it up.
