  2. If u have access to s glass beader I find it's the best surface finish to glue on , I usually glass beed , wash with ultra hot soapy water then wipe with ascetone with white rag . White rag is like a white glove test you'll know when it's good

  6. I just purchased a bunch of main crank bearings and big end rod bearings , really reasonable priced , nice guys and they're in the process of manufacturing a 3 mm thicker 115 rod
  7. It's funny u should say that ok beast because all I hear is ,how to I get more bottom end? I urge them all to look in the dyno section and show me a motor that has bottom end . If u wanna lug a banshee around either don't expect much or don't bitch, now throttle response is something. Diffrent.. And I do agree ride it wfo I can't really think of many times I don't just smash the throttle unless slow wheelieing
  8. Depending on application and owner of engine I'll set my clearanced up a lil diffrent . The average joe blow will get more clearance than someone I know will do pm and use his engine correctly

  10. 50 pilot 150-155 main n68a needle 4th clip , good staring point if your motor is mechanically sound an electronics are up to snuff

  18. Use green lock tight all the jet ski cranks are green locktighted together, a lil goes a long way. More than likely it wasn't phased correctly , you need a jig to do it effeciantly

  21. Are u sure on that compression, you're 91 seems on the verge to me and the 87 is a no go could have been detonating that motor the whole time , snow isn't the easiest of thing for s shee to go through
  22. Water will not suck through the Venturi in the carb very easily check the tank , hopefully that's all that happened
  23. Most people that have there configurations figured out arnt gonna share countless hours of testing, diffrent porting styles and set ups shine with diffrent designs
  24. And I wasn't talking about liquid cooled I specifically told him air cooled good luck, there's also plenty of shops that speciAlize in these engines call one
