  1. It depends get it done in two minutes no issues or fights the shit out of it and prey u don't loose needle bearings inside motor and mar up all the surfaces
  2. Pingel and be done stock peacock flows through a circlular tunnel system and leaves slot to be desired get a pingel and never worry again s site sponsor can hook u up I'm glad you didn't buy a new cdi
  3. Where are you from
  4. That's crazy, 350 but it's a labor of love
  5. Tricked blind bearing remover a must on a complete engine Motion pro one is pretty cheap mine has paid for itself 10 fold
  6. Where do you live
  7. Surf I think he's my new jockey , fucking 150 lbs soaking wet , my shit flew with him on it and he feathered it out of the hole , launched soft, didn't use the override and still went low 11s
  8. Something is up just noticed it was ported so prob a min of 340 main if those jets are not drilled look into electrical
  9. That's what happened when I got old. I let him take my bike down the strip last time at the track and he's hooked
  10. Are u sure they arnt drilled I have drilled many stock jets when tuning bikes due to my lack of mikuni jets I'm a keihin guy. Just a thought you should be around s 290 27.5 pilot . You could have weak electronics or improperly grounded system and someone compensated with leaner jets
  11. That's what I was thinking Larry unless he used a spark tester inline. I guess we will find out when he gets his new cdi
  12. It depends some call for .002 some .003 . You really need to use a bore guage . I take take the caliper set it up on piston skirt , set my bore guage in caliper and then check cylinder in a few spots . The bore guage will tell u if the clearance is within spec and if cylinder is egged. I have seen a lot of bores clearance well till u get just above ex port then all of a sudden bam .005-.006 I usually check a bore in 4-5 spots
  13. Who set the carbs up
  14. Lol mee to , we call them sharages
  15. What kind of plug does your cdi take , if I have an extra in that year I'll trade u
  16. Hell it could be , symptoms arnt common for a cdi issue, I wouldlike to see a video with the spark tester on it to verify . If he's not using a spark tester it's hard to definitively say its weak spark.. Hell I could be wrong , won't be the last time. I'm fortunate enouph to have good testing equipment
  17. Lol tricked I've been saying that for a while but the other guys have him convinced
  18. I'll tell u what I'll trade u , and that box does a whole lot more with a laptop and a curve maker. Can you plug another cdi in from another bike, like I said I doubt your cdi is dropping one cylinder, banshee have a total loss spark system both fire at same time , did u ever try swapping your carbs I see u have 28 pwks, too mee it's sounds like a clogged circuit pm me I'll give you my number I've seen a few other issues with 28s we can go through
  19. I would try swapping carbs before you dean anything bad , see if it follows. My experience with cdi is they don't discriminate side to side. If you swapped coil wires with no change I would swap carbs. Did you pass a pressure test . Could be trickling coolant in that side or bad stator side crank seal. Few and far between but I have also seen a bad flywheel cause s miss on one cylinder
  20. Allways good idea
  21. Tricked asked the million dollar? , it's possible when u installed stator the flywheel nicked the wires while running, but if it's a cheapy stator they fail all the time
  22. Test hoses
  23. You tried swapping wires and nothing happened , now try swapping carbs , you will need some rest hoses to extend choke tube and what not
