  1. It will and can push it out without question give it cure time, if it's colder then 70* it's takes longer to cure . Common sense would tell you not to pressurize wet sealant. Is there s trick , yes clean cases in sink with hot soapy water(dish soap) let it dry then ascetone the shit out of the mating surfaces with a brand new white rag, when the rag stop turning black n dirty it's clean enouph to glue
  2. Keep me posted MI is roughly 12 hr haul for me
  3. My boy might have a set of paddle masters I'll keep you guys posted
  4. Wow tricked again who keeps doing ghis
  5. You will see no performance gain by boring cylinders , it will run like its supposed to, if yours is beat to shit you might notice it runs better. Never just order parts , I would say leakdown your motor, tear into it, bore just what you need to but verify parts first. You want performance port it
  6. Never bore more than needed, if stock stroke you can go .010 over, I would let Machine shop look first, leakdown is A must before tear down it can let u know if your crank seals are good so u don't burn up a brand new top end, and current state of all gasket /seals associated with fuel mixture
  7. Also I've dealt with Eric gorr on numerous occasions his knowledge base is greater then most
  8. If you run out of options I've built a few cr's and a few kx's for 1/4 mile street racing there not the ideal platform for top end performance but ran very well all around and beat up some mustangs , tranny was my biggest issue but I know a shitload more now
  9. I cut pro mods for most
  10. Well it's debatable stock tranny is designed for 38 hp , everything I build gets one last thing u wanna do is pay me to assemble your motor gamble if it's gonna shift then pay me again to take it apart n put it back together
  11. You should def listen to the guy at the lawnmower shop, yamaha's engineering department ain't got shit on him .
  12. I would love too, do all u guys run paddles or dumbos work the best, the only paddles I have access to are triple buff extremes and I would hate to ruin them on rocks what paddles are common over there
  13. This is the reason for cut trannies, but a grooved basket or hubs can cause similar issues as well as eccentric screw not positioned correctly or worn . How is the eccentric screw, shift shaft spring mating surface if they are notched you won't get positive feed back on the shift lever. Another issue I've seen is rider error, where the rider is no letting off the shifter far enouph and the detention arm doesn't have a chance to ratchet to next gear
  14. If you don't need much just a resurface, I use a block of granite and sheet of sandpaper move head in figure 8s start 100 grit then 220 finish 400 it's pretyy easy just keep in light pressure . Measure it before h start and when done on a plain resurface I have seen anywhere between .003-.007 taken of head

I run what beef said with great results
  16. Wow I can give you twice the power that tard can , just sayin.
  17. With my style porting I've noticed gains on ride ability and the ability to get on and off the pipe easier, I have found little to no gain on my full drag ports but significant transfer shaping and tunneling are already in place to manipulate fuel charge. I have added them and filled them with no gain to et or 60'. For example if I was building a motor for hill climbers like the pa guys they would have them to ease in throttle chopping
  18. Anyone whose thinking of doing these type mods do yourself a favor and weld the points you need before drilling any holes it's much easier to weld aluminum without having to build up around a hole then fill not saying it can't be done but from a welding look it's much easier
  19. Did it lose any pressure or held tight for 6 min , if u didn't tedt it cool it's your motor, but don't overlook it I've seen it bite 100s of people in the ass.
  20. Who cut it and what would you like to sell it outrite
  21. Eligibility is not an issue I found out tonight she can play 7-12 no prob , she however can't play bAck down with her friends after playing up
  22. You rebuilt it and put all the stock components back on , have u pressure tested that build since it's done . Could be chasing the rainbow if your reeds are weak, spark is not up to par , air leak
