  1. Most domes are 66 off the shelf so make sure you tell them bore size when ordering domes
  2. Keep in mind at .100 over that skirt is very thin. Any crank wobble or excessive piston to cylinder clearance will cause catastrophic failure . Assembly , squish, tune is detrimental to keeping that motor together
  3. Yesterday was my girls 13th birthday and she played an away game not too far from home. She threw 7 innings recorded 6 k's and on walk. She had one slap hit lefty and a line drive single from the right side . It was s good day for the Vitale family . She liked hearing the other coach yelling at her team ( your getting beat by a 7th grader) it pumped her up more
  4. Your rite about travel having there shit together, when u think about I have the best girles from five diffrent towns, but that's not my reason for posting today
  5. A lot of people take float height for granted. It's huge
  6. I've done both , flanged nuts and solid slugs, both look good when done and never had a problem with strength.as long as your welder knows his shit
  7. If u can't kick start the bike like it's meant to there's and issue there's fuel, compression, spark with a mechanically sound motor. Like said test compression , do a pressure test do not try an ride it, it's not going to fix itself and ghere is a problem
  8. It depends on carb all sport atv have the accelerator pump , the mule might not , is anything changed from the factory or is it bone stock , post pics of inside just as u take it off , is there a leak jet
  9. Lol I'm very diffrent
  10. Tricked I started charging people to clean there shit, bring me a bike to diagnose all caked up with dirt/sand/mud and see what happens and I just started a storage fee , you would g beleive the nonsense I deal with
  11. I'm not sir about the eligibility end of it. Im not really so impressed with the competition so far. I coach the 02 Long Island riptide and my travel team would wipe the floor with with any team I've seen her play so far
  12. I am very proud of my little girl. I started training my daughter at about 4 yrs old , she is 12 now and I couldn't be more proud of player she has become. She is in 7th grade in our middle school and just got pulled up to play for JV as a pitcher. She started her first game the other day and recorded 6 strike outs, one earned run and one walk . It was funny to me as the other team was giggling and making fun as a lil pigmy took the mound. They soon relized they underestimated there opponent .she made girls 3 yrs older and a lot bigger look down rite stupid at the plate. I have taught her how to exploit hitters weaknesses and she did it with precision and poise . I couldn't be prouder. She also hit 51 mph on my radar gun , mixed in with 3 offspeed pitches she lit it up
  13. Also don't forget clutch plates do dry out over time, I would take the plates/steels out inspect them , post pics if your unsure. They will also stick if your clutch components are grooved. If everything looks good inside there soak em in tranny fluid and reinstall. I work on many bikes and I will say 9 outta 10 are not set up properly with cable play and inguagment point
  14. At the time he contacted me I had already seen official styles first post, so I kindly told him to call back when he has all the parts and a direction. We could sell his 4 fiddy ! If he hasn't already
  15. Wish I was in the area that's a great deal
  16. Yes that's the stuff
  17. I like marine-tek grey , holds up to fuel great and I've used everything else and solely use this now. If I have to fill cases for trenching I use Wes - epoxy with aluminum etcher just cause of the ability to mix greater amounts at a time Wes systems have a large variety of uses and products, sorry for going on tangent
  18. I like fuel that smells like nail polish remover
  19. Not really I like the 4th clip position on most motors I build ,it leaves the needle out of the pocket a millisecond longer letting just a tad more fuel charge into the cylinder for the next throttle blip. Just my whacked out theories
  20. Start backing down one clip at a time, see if gets better. If it runs better with air screw 1/2 turn out or closed go up on pilot. Only do one thing at a time , it's a pain but worth it once it's lined out, or find someone who can tune
  21. Did u put the stock needles in yet
  22. That's funny bro , I was only fucking with you about the cop thing,. Your old sig made me think of the old NWA days hanging on the corner with a tape player. Blasting f the poilice
  23. If u epoxy it, grease the bolt put it all together then epoxy it, also bearings 24 hrs in the freezer , cases inside at room temp 65-70* and they will almost fall in light tapping if anything
  24. He called me not long ago about putting some four stroke head together he can't seem to keep together
  25. I'm just fucking around, and I do take for granted tuning experience on most people. I allways do big steps to see a result then backtrack to fine tune. His air leak problem isn't helping the matter. I can't stress enouph clean, clean, clean, clean you could eat off anything I put together. And yes if it gets better all the way lean but still gives a rich condition , a longer length or diffrent taper would be my next step . This also depends on a perfect main jet plug chop . Most will leave it because experimenting with diffrent needles gets expensive , but when you find the rite one it's like wow what a diffrence
