  1. 10 ball maxload can be use straight across board as long as its got clip groove

  6. The v4s def have an effect on pilot size but porting played s roll to most of my ported cylinders on stock carbs take at least s 30 due to my lack of stock jet sized I usually drill them to tune
  7. Yes rt one is toomey , I'm not a big fan , very few times have I not been able to tune out stock needle.
  8. Gusto if your tune is on rite now put a 340 main in and do a proper plug chop
  9. As stated straight cuts no issue but side load can cause failure . I have put together a few without straight cuts and no issues 3 yrs later depends on rider , hp, abuse
  10. I just did a lil SS long rod ported motor with t5's and v4's wanted 32.5 pilots at 1/2 turn out IMO could have taken 35s too my suprise no boost ports either usually boost ported motors will require a larger pilot

  14. I use a small sanding drum on my 1/8 straight porting tool works great and is easier to control and shape the tunnel curves

  16. Would like forged 7 mil , or billet I called crank works they wanted 800 for wheels, tdr says he won't sell em , I have a wsm account I might just buy a 7 mil and break it down and swap parts
  17. Make sure u clean it thoroly with Emory , scotch brite then lap it, then clean all compound off and a dab of red locktite when installing

  19. I have trying to buy crank wheels and rods but no one really has them or willing to share
  20. East coast atv also uses the g-115 rods , they look ok but tdr has hot rods 115 for 90 each I beleive
  21. It's like 400 to resleeve , 350 is to nyk to me spend the lil extra and sleeve it or buy virgin for less than 2 . Some people get attached to there shit
  22. Air leak / hole in piston. Compression test it , leak test it with proper tools not carb cleaner. Establish a mechanically sound motor then deal with the fouling plug
  23. I'm trying to get webs so I can put whatever I want on there , I'm not sure how they hold up otherwise
  24. Millenium for sure is the best I have also used another outfit in pa I think it was power seal price is rite around 350
