  3. Check on that needle type, might need diffrent needle to lean transition . Loco has an 18 dm and I'm sure redline can give you some insight in that area. You really need to make sure all your electronics are ohmed out and grounded correctly. You can chase your tail quite s bit

I highly doubt it's not ported and I've done a few that were sleeved with big sleeve kits to occomodate future bores. To me I wouldn't build that caliber of motor and not port it

  14. I would guess you overheated to stator leads again , might wanna up the guage and use fuse able link cable. On the real when it bogs down and dies does the spark get weaker

  18. You can bend them back , it's not easy and u risk damaging one of the circuits. Take ohm readings of circuits before u bend and after to make sure u don't damage anything. If you crack the epoxy coating get some liquid electrical tape and liberally apply it, let dry and your good
  19. You can put the tether to key switch wire but you need to be careful of the type of tether you purchase . You would need normally closed contact to go to key wires and normally open to go to wires coming from thumb switch
  20. I've seen bikes with port work kick 145 -155 with 21 cc domes , I did some math and they were safe for pump . Your not gonna go buy needed equipment to find uccr so static compr is all I have to by and past experiences with these motors, check compression , it's easy to do and will tell a decent amnt of clues
  21. I'm not saying anything is wrong with what your doing but if it was me and saw anything over 145 I would get diffrent domes if you plan on 91
  22. I recommend compression testing that motor reg pump might hurt it and timing too
