  1. Totally normal with the straight cuts , they also make a sorta whining noise compared to stock
  2. Hook up the black, should be a bullet connection, cap off yellow
  3. Another thing highly overlooked is launch rpm , imo all the clutch tuning you do can be null and void if rpm isn't consistant. You can chase your tail with spring pressure not realizing you left a little hotter than last pass . Every bike likes a diffrent lauch rpm and there's to much human error and adrenaline at the line to be consistAnt . As with any form of drag racing you need to eliminate variables
  4. Hey bud that things making power for sure , either strut the motor in place like we do the swingers , or get a stator cover that works with that adapter from jds . Correct me if I'm wrong this only occurred after loading the lockout down with weight rite
  5. Harness pinched from accident, blown clutch, leave the jets alone if it ran fine before it doesn't magically need diffrent jets. Have you put an ohm meter to any wires or components
  6. Like Larry said, if holes were meant for Pistons and bore is good and round should be alright , it's when people don't take piston to cylinder clearance in mind that things get hairy and good products get a bad name
  7. Where are these tracks? And yes it's enouph as long as your not trying to be the fastest shit out there
  8. I've used bigger than that , every motor is diffrent
  9. Second glance maybe not , hard to tell on my phone
  10. That looks like the washer that rides against the retainer clips in between gears, I've seen all sorts of funky shit with them knurling over, missing, wedged between gears , you name
  11. I have also seen stator a cause similar symptoms , but I also think your jetting is off
  12. Put a 360 main in it , 30 pilot, toomey needle 4 th clip. Sounds lean to me. All my aggressive 4 mills jet no lower than a 340 so start a lil higher and read plugs
  13. They sell a hot knife, looks like a big soldering iron with a blade on it. They work well
  14. Remember to mark n trim head gasket
  15. Guns you want those trail techs
  16. Chances are it's not angle milled so look into an air leak on that side also before teardown . 100 octane will be fine as long as your squish is above .045
  17. Guns for children hit me up on em first if he doesn't take em there yours
  18. Yes , I should have it out tm if not tues
