  1. Larger jet not necessarily, the bigger bore will pull a stronger signal then your stockers and is also the reason your having problems with hp being down. I don't think you will be able to keep up with the demands of that cylinder
  2. Rob didn't someone firebomb a few yrs back or was that one of his workers can't remember
  3. I'll bet your leaking compression, did you pressure test motor? What's your domes and fuel?
  4. Old tors box tab. Take bearing out and make sure you tell the powder guy to really protect those threads and bearing slots. If not you will hate yourself for it. Tell them protect it before they blast it, most pc guys use real course media and I've seen it destroy threads on a few occasions.any other question reach out
  5. I'm wouldn't be surprised if someone got to him already, some of his customers were shady peeps and that's all I'm gonna say . On the other hand he probably knows who not to fuck with
  6. Can you get the name of someone trying to transfer registration, go rite to house with or without cops . More times than not if you tell the cops I'm going there with or without you they'll accommodate you , then again cops by me hate atv's
  7. I agree with rage, not great if chasing numbers. I've had some very strong runners with t5
  8. That's the truth rite there.
  9. Also you should use dielectric grease on electrical components because it's non conductive. Where in ny are you. I'm in Long Island
  10. Do u have tools to do a pressure test
  11. Wow sorry to hear that. It's ashame to see good people get taken advantage of. I wish you came on here before going there, I have more stories than a Lil bit. To make a long story short his business practices and skill has kept me busy for years
  12. I was thinking the same, don't know how it lasted this long
  13. Truth be told I run a lot bikes with stock pumps. I've never noticed much of a difference temp wise. Radiator is a good addition, temp gauge
  14. Try a lil starting fluid, if it fires up on auxiliary fuel then you know it's carb related, if not time to check harness and electronics

    CPI

I need a set of small bore I frame CPI. Let me know what u got
  16. Take that thing out of there, slide the hub on n try it . Some axles use them as spacer.
  17. What oil were you using? I know everyone gonna hate but why you running 50:1 on that motor if your not competitive drag. 32:1 and they're happy for a long time.you also have to be careful with oils at this time of year some separate in temps below 40* , it's best to call the number on the bottle and pick there brain, if they don't know don't run it. I've had two bikes within the last month squeak top ends from oil separation . Both engines held pressure tests before tear down so after some testing and fuel tests that was the only explanation unless both these guys flat out put no oil in
  18. Just one side possibly an air leak. What carbs n jetting.
  19. In these temps you should be at 290 main 30 pilots needles just about all the way rich , air screw 1 turn out to start. Does your bike have stock pilots? Read some jetting articles to help you understand which jet control what rpm range. Knowledge is power
  20. I'm guessing the hub is on and he's talking just bolting rotor on
  21. What type of valves are they, if mechanical there not gonna work
  22. I've had to put over 20 of these units in, never an issue with heat
  23. I know for a fact the rd is different, splines are different for hubs. Not sure dimensional size. Any reason your not using banshee cases. There cheap compared to other issues with rd stuff. Clutch actuators are different and crank shaft dimensions looked different also . I will tell you a stock rd crank is beefy in comparison to a shee crank
  24. The first thing you need to do is pull it apart and ruff up entire mating surfaces with Emory cloth. Then clean all areas with ascetone till it passes white rag test clean. Get threebond 1211 and apply it everywhere including oring grooves. Tighten it up and allow 24hrs drying time. Problem solved. I've done 50 or more this way with zero leaks. Ruffing up the surfaces is key. I've also heated the manifold with heat gun before applying 1211 to open pores of aluminum but I've also done it with no heat. Remember if your working in a cold environment everything takes longer to dry and just about any assembly process sucks
  25. I think rd stuff is slightly different, rzstuff is closer .
