  1. He got it running
  2. Pm your cell I'll send you pic
  3. It says 1.4 on it , it's different style then any other jet in carb
  4. When shit turns off as your riding usually yuked the top end in some way shape or form. Maybe flywheel rattled loose, trying to be optimistic. Over half of my business comes from recently purchased machines that seized on first real ride
  5. Check your compression first, sounds like it yuked the top end
  6. Stock stroke,64.50
  7. Take boots off , set meter on kohm, stick leads to each wire look for between 4-7kohm. Put one boot on at a time testing as you go so you know if first boot is good. You can also test boot, stick one lead where wire goes and one where plug goes you should get same reading as touching two leads together
  8. Doesn't mean boots are good or u did it rite. If your not checking it with an ohm meter as your going your guessing
  9. White smoke is head gasket, can you pressure test the coolant system. By the way spraying carb clean won't suffice in finding an air leak on this type of engine. What's your float height set at?
  10. I like a lil more taper but that will work. Props on taking the time to do the proper testing
  11. Some resistance huh, I have to use the kicker and apply good force. Not sure on solder diameter
  12. That's new straight line gunsrotaryengine, three pistons on the rod at tss increments
  13. As ripen said giver her more fuel and tricked hit too, need more main
  14. Kawa this was with holeshots on , I took those tires off. It amazes me , I get customers in here all the time that spend 3500 on total junk all day . This thing in mint condition, seen dirt twice, porting, pipes , no tors,. I'm about to take the wheels off again and pack it away for another 10 yrs
  15. Long Island, Update just put stock carbs back on it to increase trail riding fuel economy. Foam pods and backed the timing down. I'm scared someone is gonna hurt themselves judging by the idiots that have come
  16. I swear I hate people. I had a few people look at it but this last one took the cake. He wanted a compression test which I get so I did it and it was 150psi on the button both sides. He wanted to start it , again no problem. Then he wanted to ride it . So I said put the money in my hand in case you reck it it's a fast bike . He then proceeds to baby this thing through 6 gears never getting it on the pipe and shifting like my grandma. So then he calls his mechanic and talks to him for 15 min comes back and says I'll give give 2500 , the bikes not really that fast , it bogs a lot and the compression is off. My mechanic said he can fix it for around 2g that's where he came up with the offer. So I threw my leg over her and pier wheelie this bitch 1-5 down my block and then did a 3 gear burnout past him. I got off bike told him n his mechanic to go fuck himself. He's texted me 100 times since yesterday and now I won't sell it to him out of pure principles
  17. Also if it's a Ricky stator scrap wire set up that could be the issue . I've had three back to back rite out of box not work, hope that's not the case cuz I had a hell of a time getting a refund. They were trying to tell me my bike was blowing the stator out
  18. What frame works did you do
  19. have you pressure tested the motor after assembly. If it's not tight it won't pull fuel properly in order to feed it during start up. Give it a quick squirt of starter fluid while holding slides open with throttle, close slides and kick . If it fires you have a fuel delivery issue weather it's carbs or air leak causing weak pulse
  20. Easy jess, it's got a boost bottle, nuff said
  21. For some reason I can't send you pics but some food for thought. When test squish you must put solder on both sides so you don't get rock. When you test just one side you will get a loose reading compared to my way, it's a Lil tricky but I do it all the time through the plug hole.. Test squish my way a few times n take the average. Most oem gaskets are .018-.020 compressed. As long as the squish band is divergent meaning tighter at the edge looser toward plugs I would adjust with base gaskets. If squish is equal through the band or convergence get new domes
  22. Bumpy, make offers
  23. Stock cylinders I like to see .048-.050 at cylinder wall edge and like .055 towards the spark hole. Usually 1* of divergence gets you there and is more forgiving with deto. I've seen short fuse short track engines run tight squish but there a blow torch waiting to happen. If you wanna Pm me your cell I'll show you a pic of how I do it through the plug hole
  24. Aggressive trail port on your cylinders and you're going in the rite direction
