  1. that look like a robinson drum for a trail mod tranny,if the center groove goes all the way around its a N down,just looked better its a lil off from a shee drum
  2. leave the pilots try 300 mains needles 4th clip and make sure the carb bowls are on rite sides,there is a tiny jet in the bottom of the bowl for the choke side carb it will make it very difficult to start
  3. please stop revving it in N,is like an ignition break up or fat like fuel,what jets are in the carbs,are they VM,flats?

Wsm that sells these cylinders is a half hour from me, i have ported a few sets of these the casting is rough at best,I liked a 33mm pwk as a good all around carb along with whatever pipes/porting with your riding style,if your dragging go more aggressive across the board,I built motors with these cylinders because they were dropped off at my door but IMO there is no benefit over an oem cylinder.A properly ported and matched combo in the rite hands will run hard in either scenario it really a waste to buy them and not check out cp industries products

  6. if the bike has ran like this b4 maybe its your plug caps,but i have allways liked a 280 main 27.5 pilot needles 4th clip with ssts

If it idles ok leave it put a 195 main jet in it,needle plays a huge roll on a single carb set up,if i remember correctly i used an eek 4th clip i would try adjusting your needle go rich first if it takes the fuel leave it rich ,do a plug chop with the main i stated an adjust from there,a ported bike i built ran a 200 main with pro circuits in winter with that carb set up

Ill put my stock cyl 4mil by fast up against any bike ,i havnt found anything that can touch it including cubs,I have raced motors done by all the greats and left people shaking there heads,does he take a long time yes but good things come those who wait,there is allways something to say when a shop is busy ,jeff has 40 sets of cylinders lined up for porting of course he is gonna take a lil longer,He took a long time with my cylinders but it shows in performance,I do all my business through fast he is a great guy with tons of knowledge

  12. If its ported it might take diffrent fuel need ,on a gas motor it might not be so volital but alky is a diffrent animal,tune it to each cylinders needs if everything else is in order

  16. +2 on the electrical,plug wires, coil,pick up gap,get someone who can use a multi meter correctly and check your values,if jetting is unresponsive go to electrics

  18. i run a dgh in 39s an cel in 35s,the air is def diffrent i have had similar discrepencies with motors on diffrent coasts even though there both sea level
  19. unported cub at sea level 162-165 depending on wheather,48 pilot for people who are duning for snappiness,cel 4th clip,i have gotton the dgk to work also you might wanna try it and i have found they do not jet the same at all,same bike went from a 162 main to a 178 in a full 1/4 pass when i switched his bike to 39s
  20. run it on meth,There is a place by me i used to race with called bonsinour racing karts,he does everything from clone motors to two strokes,I had a two stroke cart motor on a mini bike once it hit 75 on the radar gun and was scary as shit with scrub brakes

In the yfz world they also do a zip tie mod where they take a zip tie and put it on the throttle cable to clear a bog and call it a mod,i have also seen accellerator pump arms wire tied foe quicker responce to clear bogs,all of these hair brain mods came off as soon as they got in my garage ,nothing you cant fix with jetting and a good ear
  22. 39pwks,178 main 52-55 pilot,dgh 4th clip at sea level ,chopped perfect on 4 diffrent machines,if its ported 185 mains,unported i would go with the 178 s and try it
  23. Or did you rebuild the top and the rod bearing is gone,why did your top end go?Did you chew a piston?What clearance was it bored to?
  24. 45 pilot 175 main ncvq dirt bike needle 4th clip,do not spray any cleaner on the slide ,the o-ring will expand not seat rite and run like shit,is the cam mod done?
