  1. No porting sea level should be about 300 mains with those pipes stock pilot,do you have an air box?i have found those pipes to work in tight trails but even with the fattys you were real fat,280 mains with fattys
  2. I know each cylinder pulls fuel diffrent that t-rex might actually need less fuel because it pulls it better,i would check with someone who has a similar set up,other than that try richening it up try a 180 main and see if it helps if not go down,if no jetting helps check electronics
  3. Its prob not jetting sounds like a multitude of other shit,air leak,choke tube,carb sync,cable free play idle adjustment,carb bowls on wrong side,do one thing at a time so you dont spin your head

I have yet to pull a cylinder off that checked out good on a bore guage,it seems like every set is either egged or too far out on pistons to cylinder wall clearances.Do yourself a favor and have them checked by someone who works on shees every piston needs diffrent clearance,every cylinder is also diffrent .Often tiimes i have certain pistons for each side from the same set of wisecos due to diffrent skirt size but there still considered .020 over,in short dont guess you can go broke saving money
  7. Tim your a knowledgable guy you should be able to figure it out no problem,parking brake sw is an ignition kill,key sheared has a distinct sound too,you sound like your having a fuel problem like a stuck float broken reed, is it backfiring?justy shooten some thoughts
  8. i would think you would need a 42-45 pilot,195 maain,eek 4th from top on the needle,your jetting is close if your overheating its time to look at other issues like airleak ,headgasket shit like that.I would pressure test the motor to see if its tight

  10. Have you done a plug chop at all,I would think you would be lean on the main,when you say dying on top does it shut down or spudder
  11. keep in mind those aftermarket stators go bad alot
  12. You need domes for blaster pistons,Im almost 100% positve you cant rechamber a banshee dome for a blaster piston due to the angle of the piston crown,FAST can hook you up for sure but that PT head might limit you on places to buy from
  13. stator or coil is bad,you also could use a smaller pilot but you know the porting better than me,If it was doing it at wot and thats it i would say maybe jetting but i think it electrical check the harness,swap cdi with another but more likely than not its that stator i dont care if it tested good it could be bad under load

  15. Im not tryin to be an ass but check the bowls again,float heights,make sure the bowl with the jet is on choke side and the jet n tube is clear,maybe the pilot circuit in the carb body is clogged

The drum for the 1-5 will be cut diffrent ,without seeing it i really cant tell,im in LOng island if you wanted to take a ride here with the trans I could take a look,i also have lots of tranny parts if it will work so you could possibly leave with a tranny ready to go.I also have a bridgport mill to use because i suggest cutting every other dog off for draggin asphault
  17. Honestly i onkly pull the cltch in 5th,6th but have not issues at all even upper rpms,i put all the washers on the back of the plate and let the nub stick through for the allen key

  19. how about listing your mods and jetting rite now,you need to pressure test that thing and compression test to make sure its tight
  20. Bowls are on the wrong carbs or choke tube or air leak,did you pressure test the motor,did you compression test

I pull the clutch as soon as i go through the traps coast to a semi stop and lut her in first and go,as for clutch tuning everybike is diffrent i have some primary springs with two coils cut off them for slip out of the hole,diffrent track all stock springs,my buddies cub 3n3,but most all i have recorded diffrent stuff on paper from track to track.I also play with the finger weight a bit ,alumn bolts,nuts and a gram scale,I also have a spring tension gauage to know whwt direction im going in

  23. hit it with a mig welder to build it up then turn it out with pliers real easy

  25. Robinson or wcr ,i run wcr trannies in about 5 bikes but i use 1-4 5th 6th clutch with a shift kill,robinson on the other hand builds some bullet proof shit and they are pretty close to me in LI
