    A good thing to do b4 you tear anything down is a pressure test on the motor,this will let you know if the pitting happened due to an air leak.After you have established no air leak its time to start looking at rod bearings and big end thrust washers on crank

    the air strikers like small pilots try 42-45,i also have found them to like smaller mains but start where your aty on mains its safe

    why do you need thatb launch limiter,In my time working on streetbikes ,quads i have seen tons of dyna boxes fail but they work for some,if you need anything let me know

    not to post hi-jack but its relative to the post,does that wilburn unit retard the timing at certain rpms so you can run certain big timing out the hole and bring it down as you go down the track

    A play port can mean diffrent things,certain builders play ports can be jetted as high as 340-360,if your 1 turn out an it runs better,try a 30 pilot,but b4 i would do that I would try richining the needle up all the way(all the way to the pionty side)

    as soon as you idle for a couple of seconds your plugs get wet,its kind of an open answer,Its seemed from previus posting that those caerbns run small jets,Have you done a plug chop yet to see if your main is dialed in.For bootom either play with your needle hieght or drop the pilot,you wont hurt it fropm dropping the pilot

    check your compression before you select fuel but im pretty sure 93 is fine.Good safe starting piont is 50 pilot,162 main,cel needle 4th clip

    as canuck said 170-175,but check the domes i have gotton mislabled domes more than once

    if this is with the 2-1 you should be 190-195 main,42-45 pilot,i think ann eej if i remember correct,if its a 2-1 richen it up or its gonna fry

    if its a pwk carb you cant just switch,lectrons are diffrent but your changing more than jets

    33s are also 19mm ,35-39 are 16mm

    Either cable free play,lean on the air screw ,or lean on pilot,or not synced up properly,cable is fine

    The needles are wierd bro,some bikes need em some dont.I have full drag ported 4 mil on stock needles no probs,but my 06 LE needed vitos needles to run rite,They are a richer needle
