  1. Get that crank checked make sure all the rivets are in the bearings it looks like you passed a decent p[eice of something past that piston

  4. Your port work can be uneven causing diffrent numbers but with a milled head you should be higher than 120 unless kevin was goin for that bnumber,who did the bore job,and did you check your squish
  5. I have found sst to like 27.5 pilots,fatties like 30s,280 main with no lid 240-260 with lid at sea level

  7. 145-150 main to start 42-45 pilots these carbs run leaner than pwks on certain motors with the cel 4th clip
  8. if your absolutely sure its ported you could be lean depending on port specs,try 300-320 main
  9. well put you want to retard on the big end at a certain rpm but you need to work that out on passes ,

  13. You will get no gain from higher octane fuel unless you raise your comopression,race gas has a slower burn rate and could actually hinder performance on a lower compression machine,i am also guilty of splashing pump gas bikes but run whatever its designed 4

  15. bullshit fatties perform well enouph to take out a yfz and many other thing in the rite hands,there is no need for a 20:1 mixture unless your on alky,32:1 is plenty oil Have you plug chopped it yet it takes 5 minutes and says alot,Also i try to not be a chemist if your bike needs 100oct buy 100,mixing vp an pump fuel is not the best one is man made one is not
  16. Watch the compression on that 421 17cc domes are crazy IMO
  17. Gas will depend on compression,but if its a 4mill duneport with 20s you should kick around 185psi,your port work will effect your compression so check it first,IMO anything over 165 i run pure 110 its safe with +4 timing.Start at 160 main,48 pilot,cel needle 4th clip
  18. T sea level 165 mains 48-50 pilots,cel 4th clip for the cub stock cyl 4mil 170-175 main 48-50 pilot cel 4th clip
  19. i gap .018-.020 on a br9es,but i know nothing abnout turbow 2-strokes
  20. your at sea level like me ,4 the 1/4 i would go with 20cc domes from noss,you dont want your compression sky high it will slow you down on the big end
  21. Without sounding like a dick i get this constintly from people its not a 4 stroke,I watch people ded stab there shit and it bogs ,no shit.I would say check the sync with a vacuum guage ,cable play,needle selection is the determining factor in alot of situations

  23. whoever is boring you cylinders is keeping them on the loose side,when i bore cylinders to the .003 piston/cylinder clearance recommended my ring gaps are perfect at .010 on .020 bore,ring gaps on wiseco should be .004 per every inch of bore if i remember correctly
  24. I would say try an eek needle if i remember correctly,that needle might be to lean
