  1. messure the inside diameter of the carb on the motor side. get some dial calipers
  2. if its not on the oem parts list you cant buy it single. you will have to get a new caliper online. buy them off ebay, you can get them cheap. or talk to NYUK on here he parts bikes all the time. that bolt will comeout. but it looks like you beat the piss out of it to get it out, your going to need a new one. but it doesnt look like you can buy a new one. so just repalce the whole caliper.

  6. your not going to get a mid to top without sacrificing "any" bottom, but you can get minumal loses. A good Woods or Trail port would probly suite your riding. what pipes are you running? talk to a porter, they can offer you better advice on thier style of porting better then anyone. they can also recommend what pipes will work best with they porting

  12. any dealer. look at http://www.albaaction.com/parts/partfinder.htm and fine your bike. look through the oem parts and find the stuff you need. send the parts to your basket and write down your part numbers. go to any dealer and they ca get them for you. dont buy from the place i sent u the link too. they are garbage i just use the oem part finder off thier site cause its ez to use.
  13. the plate will makeup for the new stroke but the port timings will not be right on. scrap the plate and get the jugs ported for a 4mil not only do you have less surface areas that can leak but your motor will have more power. get the type of porting for your riding style
  14. they must have changed thier policy becasue i know a guy that used to be on here (polish) got sold a stolen camera. there was a big deal with the guy that sold it selling the same camera to several people. paypal took the money out of the guys bank account to refund polish and left him with a negitive balance. so he had to prove that he sent the camera to polish to get his money back. so in turn polish had a negitve balance.
  15. not always true. if you ride in sand the oring x ring is not going to last. you only want oring / x ring if you ride in wet or muddy areas. i do agree the most important thing to look at is the tensile strength, but this dosent mean that a none name brand cant have the same tensel as name brands
  16. sounds like you had an air leak somewhere, 162 mains are fat. i run 155's and im a little rich still. replace it and make sure you check for leaks. take a look at your cylinders and make sure they didnt get damaged.
  17. thats also an option but the mount on the frame is free. and not much work to relocated. also when i had my gb relocator it didnt fit after market cdis. only stockers.

  19. there is another pc post i think in the appearance section, meat had a link to an over a guy built. has a track and a dolly thing to hold frames and what not. might ocst a little to build but once your done you got a very nice setup that you could cure anything pretty much
  20. iv got a 450 already, its actually my wifes bike but i ride it more then she does now that we got a kid.
  21. if your going to have the frame done you can do like loco did and cut the stock mount and re weld it to the front. then have the frame pc'd after... as long as your not running a dyna and a nology you will be fine.

  24. even with wireless you need to get the music to the reciever. I havent heard of anythign that will send the music right to the wireless bose speakers from a computer. but that doesnt mean its not out there. i wavent ever really looked to do it.
