humm thats wierd i have never heard of a piston being melted to the point that it will liquify and travel into the expansion chambers.

when i used to send off paintball parts to get anodized a guy in PA that did all my andoizing told me to think of it as staining the metal. that a proper anodize should make the metal become almost stained as to where it actually takes on the color rather then having a layer of film over the top thats sealed in

not a dumb question at all.. using this tank you simply take off the stock tank cover and the rest of the plastics remain unchanged. Alot of other brand tank and every other tank larger then 4 gallon requires you to cut the front plastic so the tank can fit. you can see very well but both banshees in this pict have one of those tanks.

thats the thing Mark, the majority of these companies that are doing "anodizing" are NOT actually doing the anodizing process and instead are doing the dye process and sealing it. thats wy these guys are able to get it off with the over cleaner

how exactly do you have an aluminum coating inside the pipe?

first of all are you sure the bulbs are not burnt out or broken? if so are the wires hooked up? if so check the small 1.5in by 1.5 inch silver box under the seat. there is a wire that should plug into the harnessand another that grounds to the frame. if the side that is supposed to be plugged in isnt you could have blown the bulbs.

you should be able to run 3 of those springs and be fine. The noise you are hearing is probly the plates. not the gears. If the gears have enough play to chatter they will break, the plates viberate and make noise commoly when you get a new basket and inner hub.

i think its a good product, kind of limited on colors, if you offwered chrome and some more PC i think you would do better but 59 bucks sounds like a good price.

i'm not particularyly a fan of the way it looks but i do like the built in LED's and wires run inside the tubes. if you have an LED burn out or break is it possible to replace it?

"should be" just keep an eye on it and make sure your not leaking oil. if it seals then your good
