i changed the gas and mix cleaned the carbs because i had to rejet for the season but i didnt drain them before i put it in storage was in a hurry to move out of the x-old ladies lol! but there is spark and the compression seems right im gonna buy a compression tester later this week but any other help too would be great thanks Felix!

see i had it in storage for about a year got it out and we couldnt get it to start, got it to start for a sec after pull starting it, then tried to kick start it again and the kicker got stuck but then released and i havent had it running since! any thoughts?
