buy steel sprokets, spend the money and get a good chain like a Regina and be done with it. as for oring non oring it depends on wat you ride in. sand get non oring, mud/water get oring

might have welded the push rod/ ball/ actuator/ adjuster. any of those together.

you can get rid of it. You dont need it. There are some folk that for some reason think that the banshee has the capacity to pull from the res. it doesnt. I as well a many others have ran without it for years. no issues. If your bike is overheating, the res isnt going to fix that. You have other issues you need to address. just run the over flow tube down your frame and dump it under your bike. Keep your eye in the water level and make sure its not boiling over.

I'm not sure if Quick Sand is still in business. I had a Quick Sand swinger back in the day. Very nice setup, but the owner (Gary) was TERRIBLE after the sale on follow up. It didn't take long to get but the chrome was JUNK, and it took forever to get ahold of him and get it fixed. Once it was fixed, I had some question about A Arms and from that day on I have never been able to get ahold of him. His products are quality but his customer service is not so hot.

I didnt read your whole post but I am assuming you have either PWK or PJ carbs? Depending on eleveation and mods your going to need to be jetted around. 155 main, 48 pilot, CEL needle middle clip, air screw 2 turns. this is just a ball park but should be close.

you got the hose from the plumming section at like Lowes or Home Depot? And it's the hi pressure hose? If so it is the right stuff, it might be the color your trying to use wont take for some reason?

You just have to get a nice big pot and heat the water and RID RIT what ever the name of the dye is in it. You dont have to bring it to a boil but it needs to be close. I think mine had to sit in the dye for about 8 mins. Depending on what color your try to do will depend on how much dye to add and how long to let it soak. For the blue I used some dark ass navy blue dye. You might not be having luck because of the color? Not sure. I did it a few times beecause I didnt get the hoses the correct length the first time.

I am assuming thats a SLC Quad Customs? I got the same one. Looks great. Lance is a cool cat. My first one didn't fit right, so he made me a new one and got it chromed rikity tick to have it to me intime for a trip we had planned. After I got it and said it was good, he sent me info and he paid to ship back the first arm that wouldn't fit.
