Anytime you change anything in the intake track, portwork, or exhaust you could possibly need to rejet. Changing any one of these will allowing more or less air pass through the motor depending on what you change thus requires rejetting if it is enough of a differance. With pods, and pipes, a good starting point for near sea level is 310 mains, 27.5 pilots, needle middle clip, 2.5 turns on air screw for stock carbs, for after market keihns it should be about 150-155 main, 45-48 pilot, CEL needle middle clip, 2.5 turns on air screw. One of those should be fairly close.
