  1. so 4Drag you didnt expain the downfalls to having a override if your not only doing drag... a full throttle shift is a full throttle shift either way... i do agree on who cuts them will make a differance on how well they perform but it has nothhing to do with being on a drag or in a dune using it... if its going to break becaue the cuts where done wrong its going to break reguardless of where your riding it...
  2. theres guys with more taken off then what his was... it was just a matter of time that it let go... he had it for a while... just one of those things i guess... i just hope his crank didnt get thrown off...not looking forward to opening up the motor if it did...
  3. he's lucky i found some dude with a sand rial to drag him back to olds so i could pull him down sand highway on my old ladys quad... there was NO WAY i was getting him through those dunes...
  4. dont bother... polish had the steel braided cables... once the heat from the pipes got to them they unravled on the inside making his clutch almost impossible to pull... just get your self a oem clutch cable... you got the metal cover around it so you dont have to worry bout melting your shits..
  5. rotational mass...with an 8 inch rim your tires get taller when you hit the gas and they spread out... when you have a wider rim the tires cant open up as much.... like da was saying you want a tall skinny tire....
  6. down falls humm? and what ar these down falls? making full throttle shifts without a clutch duning is the same thing as making a full throttle shift on a 300 ft drag... so whats the down falls to it?
  7. no thats my stocker before i had my ims... the stocker is like 3.1 gal or something like that... i havent bothered to update my sig casue my bikes going to get redone after ths season... then ill take picts...

  9. if your going simply 4mm and not going bigger on your jugs you can get away with the stocker but they have muchg less throttle respones not to mention your killing the motor on top end... yea great you got bottom but you run out of power very fast...
  10. it depends if you got a stock basket or not... stock clutch should have 7 fibers and 6 steels...

  12. i love my dyna! made a world of differance! the stock 3 curve is pretty good but trust me you can make some badass curves with the softwear... the dyna is nice casue you dont have static timing like a plate... you can make your timing change at differant rpm ranges to help your all around performance...how muh did trin sell it for? you can get them on ebay for 250
  13. the reeds dont sit perfectly on the cges... there wil be a small gap... but the pressure of the motor will make the reeds do thier part.. messure it and tell me how much it gap you got...

  15. this alwasy gets brought up ... google ims tanks... it shouldbe the first site on the list thats where i got mine... i run the 4 gal tank and it clears my bars only because i have tag t2 bars with the tag mount so it raises the bars up about an inch and a half.. it you got sotck bars or if your not running some sort of riser your bars will hit... use the search youll find many topics covering this.,..
  16. it wont gernade.. it will just melt your pistons and rings.. we used to run it in our go-karts when we raced... you can tell big time if your running nitro or not... you dont have to be spot on wit your jetting but you sure as hell cant be way out like some of these guys run their bikes and think you will get away with it...

  18. i got a +4 Lone Star Round house swinger im looking to trade prefferably for a lonestar or same quality +6 round house style.. unless someone wants to buy this one... been used for this season only...in great shape no dents scratches or anything... Link to the swinger....
  19. cut the cap and splice the thether into there if thats the kind you got...all the tether is doing is completing the circut and when you pull the lanyard it breaks it thus killing the motor
  20. i might end up selling mine after this season is over... i might have to go to a taller tire like da was saying... im having some work done and i dont think the tire i got will cut it but i guess we will see..
  21. follow the 4 wires down to the plug on the plug there is 2 wires those are the 2 your looking for...
