    i got a D.I.D. O-Ring, if this guy pays for my swinger ill have no use for it so ill end up selling it... its the gold DID 520 has 4 rides on it at the dunes... ill let you know.

  4. when you hop up your motor your bike will tend to wheelie alot... to help this you add inches on the swingarm to extend the geometry of the poivot points out making it harder to lift the front wheel off the ground whne you launch.
  5. when you unplug the tors you have the caps left over... just follow the wires back into the harness and clip them and seal them off with some liquid tape... i think he might have even chopped his lights but not sure...

  8. they normaly mount with the silver part towards the front of the bike... when its mounted the thing shoudl sit level...

  11. i think once they include the mounting hardware im going to get one... i dont like the idea of dropping several grand into redoing my bike and then zip tieing the cdi to the mount... and when i buy a product id like to get it and put it on not have to go to a parts store to look for bolts and nuts... but i do agree its a very good idea!
  12. you can try all day long to sync them by eye but your not going to get it right on... do your self and your motor a favor... get ahold of jeff at F.A.S.T. bhq member name fastoys he sells a sync tool for 50 bucks... you will not get any closer then that thing will get you... first you set the flow at idle.. once thats one then you crack your throtle 1/4 and adjust your slides to match... its very ez and gets them DEAD on
  13. i got a set of tag t2 bars with the tag mounts... they are great! and mounted on a stock stem they will clear the ims tank if your geting one of those!

  16. probly only worth around 2k... if you look on here youll find some pimped out bikes that only go for 5k... and they got WELL over that invested in them... these bike just dont hold value much...

  18. theres alot of differant manifolds out there... prodesign, white nuckle racing, boss, modquad... the list goes on an on... the main differance from pro design to most of the others is you have to run reed spacers or have the carbs bowl welded on your left carb to clear the clutch arm if your running bigger carbs...
  19. when you start adding power by porting and upping your compression its smart to weld your crank. if you have the 120 bucks do your self a favor and get some weisco pro lites and can those stock pistons... they are much stronger....

  21. 2k maybe depending on where u live...you would be suprised if the parts are billet they are pretty damn costly...when you say rebuilt is it stock motor or is it ported and how big? crank stock? stock head? reeds? ignition? what kind of works shocks? singlerate triple rate? rezzes? piggyback? if theres more then you isted the price will obvisouly go up

  23. if your going to hone them are you going to take it to be done or you runing a hone through it your self? if your taking it they can messure it for u... if not go buy a set of calipers and messure it...
  24. i know this is kinda random and out of no where... but what the fuk is the deal with the asv brake levers on ebay going for so damn much more then the clutch levers? i have been out bid lke 6 times in the last few weeks and i put my max over double what i paid for th clutch lever and WAY over what most of the clutch levers go for right now????????? ok im done.
