  7. well my bike dosent see rocks very much... its a duner only... but you get the occasional rock in there... my concern is over time the holes seem that way will get all fucked... i guess we shall see.
  8. if you cant sell them hold them until after the holidays and hey will go back up... i have the same thing with my carbs... im selling them for like 40 bucks less then new... and they have the bowl welded with taller adjusters installed.. but iv had guys like i can get new ones for 40 more... so i tell them to get them then casue they still got to spend another 50 bucks to weld the bowl and taller adjuster...
  9. you should be able to use a multimeter on it becasue theres an input and output... but i have not the first clue on how much current to use to know if its good...
  10. yea for normal use when you zoom in it will get distorted some... but to be honest your really not going to zoom all the way in much to matter... if you think about it when you zoom in your movment is maginifed and you can barly focus in on what your trying to film... i use a small panisonic camera i cant remember the modle off my head but it does great... im looking for a nice hemlet cam to use with it that wont cut the quality too much but i dont really want to spend 500 bones right now being i am in the middle of a total rebuild of my bike for next season.... i can use the 500 else where...
  11. i was wanting to know the same thing... im having a 1-5 duneable from him but was wondering what the differacn of getting the 1-5 vice the 2-5...i would look at getting a billet gear for your bike which ever you do.. thats big ass motor can shread that launching gear
  12. hey kolby, the cdi dosent have any type of battery to store power to reset anything so once the bike is off thats it there is no decharging thing going on... if your harness is tapped untape it and lay it out on the ground... make sure theres no where else that wires are bare and grounding out... also if you can get another cdi try that... its possible that your cdi is arcing and shorting. i have an extra cdi from a 2000 ill sell you for a pretty good price. let me know if you need it. but dont jump the gun and spend the money unless you need to. my guess is you got a lose wire in your harness or a wire in your cdi that the soilder is coming lose.
  13. ok i know its not quad related so stfu ..... im selling a 65in Toshiba HD flat screen res 1080i great tv. im moving into a smaller military house and need toget rid of it... live in san diego by qualcomm ... will not ship must have away to come get it... if you know someone thats looking for a BIG ASS tv this is the one... selling it for 900 bones! so your getting a steal and ill be able to use the money to hook up my bike with the last few parts i need for next season  there is two small spots where the moving company bumped it on the ground moving me... one is on the back so you cant even see it... ill post a pict when i get home today....
  14. no its not needed, as long as you follwed the wire down under the plastics and unplugged it then your good.
  15. it doesnt really matter how good the digital zoom is on the camera becasue its sole purpose is to store the video that the helmet cam is capturing... so even if you had a camera that can capture 1080p quality res your not going to get that if the helmet cam only goes to 720... all you need is a camera that takes digital hi8 tapes or even better the dvc minidv tapes....make sure you have the input for the helmet cam and your good
