when i got mine from him, the one thing i was not happy with wa the finish... i was under the impression they shined like in his picts on ebay... thats not the case... however justin i think you may have gotten either the wrong bolt kit or they dropped a tag on the wrong bad or something... i check most of the critical bolt like the ones you took picts of, mine where right onthe money... i didnt have bolts way off like in your picts... did you ever contact him about it? maybe he would have resolved the issue?

does it do it every time your at half throttle or only when riding wideopen for a while?

it is impossible to sync your carbs by eye... you can get it close but not synced... get a carb sync tool from jeff at FAST you will get it balls on... as far as the jets go i cant help you out there... mikunis and keihens are differant sizes... you shouldnt need alot bigger then 300s maybe 320s... when i ran stockers i had pipes filter reeds and lid off and ran 320s at sea lvl... cant see your being much off from that...

mine had that too... your probly just spilling gas out of your bowls and thats the oil leftover once the gas evaporates... wipe it off and make sure you clean anything on the cases and let it sit over night... if it doesnt leak thats going to be where it came from...

who ever you talked to is a fukin retard! you only need cases trenched for a 7mil or more stroker... haing your port timings done will do nothing for heat... you need to take your shit else where... had you done a 10 min search here before going to them you would known that trinity is a fuckng joke. but lesson learned... if your over heating your having either a collant system issue or your running lean what all jets you running and domes... what altitude you at?

i can almost gauranty you that your going to replace those carbs after boring them... so it 50 bucks wasted... i have heard sooooo many nightmares with getting them tuned after boring them... do you self a favor and jus buy new carbs

i never heard of it before.... domes shouldnt matter to your port job... they are seperate...

the oil coming out the one side is becasue your carbs arnt synced... your running one side richer then the other... as far as drilling your jet... you need to by the feller gauges and push them through... they sell round ones at sears right next to the flat feeler gauges

are you sure u got 27 1/2 domes? stock size is 23cc... a 27 ... humm doesnt sound right...

use yamalube R-2... not S-2... mix it 32:1 or 36:1 if its brand new its going to be hard to start for the first time... make sure you are using the choke to get it started...

well u listed most of it... are you riding in mud or water? if no.. then ditch the idea of the air box and run pods... if you are theres no benifit of the aluminum air box... run your stocker with the lid off...

i personally wont spend the money on beadlocks... i havent ever came across the type of riding to need them... but i know alot of guys use the kenda claws , or the maxxis razrs... i have used the itp holeshots...i like thm but they seem to be kinda soft... the knobbies rip off kinda ez...

lol.... i do 90% of my own... how ever this time around i really didnt feel like messing with rebuilding my motor so i sent it all to jeff... aside from PC/chrome and maybe fabricating small shit everything is done on my garage.
