  1. play world of warcraft... becareful with this. its like a freakin black hole. you think its been 20 mins .. 13 hours later you realize your kids ot a shity diaper, your wifes drank a whole bottle of vodka, the dog smeered his ass down your stairs, your sister got knocked up, and hilary clinton is now the president.
  2. if your loosing coolant. your overheating. there has been some argument on the overflow actually recurculating the coolant and pulling it back in. i wont get into that now. how ever like Bansh88 said i as well along with many many many more do not ride with the over flow. simple if your loosing coolant your getting hot. a little here and there is nothing to worry about, but if its constant like you say, you have a heat issue. are you running a stock impeller? anti freeze or an actual coolant? how often or have you ever fluch your radiator. after time anti freeze will gum up in side your rad. and cause the flow the become blocked or slowed
  3. when you drian the oil your going to know for sure if its been slipping. with the way your discribing it your plates are going to be eatin to shit. you will probly have alot of metal in the oil. make sure you adjust her good with the new one so you dont run into this again
  4. 1. You should have a builder re-weld it. hotrods comes welded but it sucks 2.seals and maybe your impeller bearing, but with an 06 you should be ok 3.everything as in boltons you can run stock. but you will need 795 series pistons for the long rod. and your head needs to be cut for the extra stroke. look into a coolhead. 4.your jugs will need to be reported to change the port timings. octane all depends on your compression and timing.

  6. chase does sticker bt i dont think he has PC. keep in mind with paint, pc, and chrome you get what u pay for.. you got three options fast / cheap / quality you can pick 2. if u wnt fast and cheap, it not going to be quality if u want fast and quality its not going to be cheap if u want quality and cheap its not going to be fast... get my drift
  7. where is Amago? i called Elsinor last week and they said they let us n but only on modays... so thats pretty much a no go. but they are opening a quad only track in a few weeks. when you say zoned for a track what do u mean? im sure there is some stupid fukin law out here in california that i havent heard about that restricts where u can build them at.
  8. straight distilled water is the best coolant you can do , only issues is it will dry your seals out over time... id run some watter wetter becsue it adds lubricants to your system. and in LA it doesnt freeze so you dont need to worry bout that
  9. i always ran Gearsaver 80w , but now with my override it says to run ATF type F so ill be switching
  10. where are some tracks in san diego that allow quads to ride on weekends? sites and phone numbers too if u have them?
  11. from what i have read off weiscos site they are the same as 795 series pistons... the height, wieght, pin location, as far as piston crown what are u referring to?
  12. the blaster piston is the same as banshee pistons, after 66 or 65.5 one of the two they become "blaster pistons" but they are the same thing
  13. he called me back today, he was completly cool about it, im shipping it back tohim tomorrow and he is going to send me the money for shipping, and he is having it redone. said that the chromer he was using got shutdown and now he is having a problem finding one that does quality work. so its good, he is taking care of business. ill keep you guys posted on the outcome, as i know its going to be several weeks
  14. get a micrometer and messure the inside of the motor side of the carbs
  15. i just spent a shit ton of money getting a brand new swinger from him. so im going to make sure he corrects it. im not going to spend another 150 bones on top of what i spent already

  17. its pretty hard to see the gold in the picts but i circled them in red. also notice the pits and scratches from the chromer. im hoping that gary had it drop shipped from the chromer and didnt look at this peice and say it was up to par when i pay top notch prices and then wait 3 months for something that was supposed to be ready in 2 to 3 weeks i expect top notch quality
  18. the ball stays in, u adjust it just like a stock one. hold the nut with a wrench. and turn the screw on the inside ... you want to line up the arrows on the top of the cases... so push the arm and then adjust the screw until your lined up... some guys have to go a little offset up to like 1.4 of an inchover....
  19. it all depends what your tryin to cut into it. obviosly if you start at one of the ends thats flat you will beable to get it started smoother then at an angle. i used a black and decker jigsaw from walmart cost like 17 bucks. zipped right threw it with a metal bit. use some medium paper to get the ruff areas nice and level and then wetsand it to finish the edges.
  20. ok guys, some of you know i had some issues getting my +6 Swinger from Gary, well after close to 3 months i got it yesterday. well need less to say Garys new chromer fukin blows.if you know how chroming works it actually comes gold at first then has to be polished.well they half assed the polish job and it doesnt not look good at all... so i will be contacting gary to findout about getting it fixed. so a headsup to you guys looking at quicksand product, his welds are top fukin notch! but you might want to wait until he finds a quality chromer before buying anything.

  22. you can get away with 20 thousandths most of the time. but the only 100% way to know for sure is a compression test.

Gary ( Quicksand ) uses the same kits for his a arms and swingers that lonestar does. one thing with gary. i have had an order in for a +6 Chrome swinger for close to three months... kinda seems like im getting the run around. some poeple say a great product is worth the wait. but something like that shouldnt take 3 months. how ever i can say they are both top notch
