I voted yes! I love the look of shaved fenders. Go for it. I shaved the front but haven't touch the rears yet. My girl rides my bike alot & doesn't have boots yet, I'm good but I'm scared of knobbs getting ahold of her leg + not sure how it would look with an oversized tank. I guess I should start a thread on that Just do it!!!

I just wrote on a the previous thread bout this. Think it's the coating on the copper head gasket. Remove the hose from the head where leads to top of radiator. Remove rad cap an run hose, don't forget to disconet line to overflow bottle. Should rinse it all out. Stock impeller is white plastic if I'm not mistaken!

You'll see that black stuff missing from the stock head gasket when you pull that head. It just peels off the copper, no biggie! You can flush it all out by disconeting the radiotor hose from the head leading to top of radiator. Dump the hose thru the top of rad & out it comes! :thumbsup:

Dude, sounds to my like you're flooding the intake and or sucking water!! Check your filters for moisture next time that happens Check your electricals and seal them up good, use liquid tape, electrical tape, shrink wraps, etc! I just hosed my Shee down while idleing & no prob's. Just kept that hose away from the airfilters.
