I checked everything & all was in place.. I'm going to try silicone on that stud oring.

I atuall set the domes over the cylinders.. If you line up the notch on the domes directly with the stud infront of it [the one above the exhaust port] the base plate will drop in perfectly. Then I dropped in the top piece. Now I'm having a leak problem thru one of the studs. Anyone have tips on this? I used new Orings & copper washers. I greased the Orings & used high temp RTV under the washers. I torqued in 5 lbs increments up to 20lbs & in the appropriate pattern but dammit it leaks :: Can anyone help? I can have this, I need to ride for Fathers Day.

I ran the 280 jets and 27.5 mains at sea level in Cali. No lid with the holes in airbox & K&N. Now run 290's, removed box & went with K&N Pods.

I'll also agree that the banshee needs another simple thing like aftermarket heelguards. IMS used to make nice ones but no more & no one else makes them!

I have my old silver stocks that I painted black. I can repaint the & ship to you for a few bucks if that's what you're looking for. I got my fly bars for $40, that's not too bad if they ever need to take a bend. Anyhow, let me know if you want those stock bars.

Off Topic: The radiator hose running to the water pump.. Is that a hose or a jacket for the hose? I like the look, It would look cool on those guys running all that bling!

I recently purschased a polished Noss with two dome sets & acorn nuts $145 shipped. Before that I ran into a Pro Design $100, head only. Both have interchangable domes with each other but Pro Design requires you change to longer cylinder studs. I'd rather Noss for that reason.. Both DLNoss & FAST give the BHQ discount the same Noss head & think it's $225 shipped for the head, seals & choice of dome size.

What's the temperature like at that time.. In So Cal we've had rain in Halloween, other times really windy or hot.. A few years ago the whole damn Santa Clarita & San Fernando Valley hills were on fire!
