  2. I would finish what you started and go from there . either your float is not set correctly or your fuel inlet needle isn't seating. Or depending on carb, sealing ring for seat Get the fuel to stay where it belongs first Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk Common carburetor rebuild fupa's to be careful of ...make sure choke tube is on, between the two carbs, make sure the slides were put back in the correct carburetor , facing the correct direction. You don't have a fuel filter but there are screens in your tank
  3. Why , they're just going to sit in a corner
  4. Looking at your picture, your ball joint is not perpendicular to your spindle . & youve got a bigger Gap under your washer on one side than the other I think it's your spindle Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  5. Orealy...hmm
  6. 'Merica 1st ,then Oregon, canada ...Quebec when he gets time
  7. Dats cheat'n Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  8. Yeah but I roll them it's a lot easier... Do it without your knee next time Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  9. It's okay you're from Oregon ... we understand
  10. Does it stay running when you let go of the clutch? Does it still have factory parking brake? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  11. But if it's that, it'll die when you let clutch out while running Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  12. Pull the clutch and kick at the same time... And it fires right up? parking brake switch might be hooked up wrong. If It has a factory clutch perch, there's a two wire switch made into it Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  13. Except for being bulky & heavy which I'm sure you're not worried about use a brass T w/ 2barb fittings. that's been on there for many years & works great. Just put a piece of gasket material or something underneath the Gauge bracket it'll embed / scar up the radiator cover after awhile Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  14. Oops gauge Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  15. fuk it's hot in here...Keep in mind this was at least 13 years ago and I haven't used it at least the last 12. the top left fan is still in there( iirc I put 1 in the bottom rt. Also)...toggle switch... gauge... Batt box(let the welding jokes began... I stick welded it, aluminum; before we got the spool gun) Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  16. Lol...just zip tied square computer style fans . hooked to a battery in a batt box I fab'd up where coolant over flow goes...let me c if they are still hanging in there. Did it about 13 years ago , when my daughter was young and we were trail riding. It would run hot going as slow as they wanted to go. When It started to climb , I'd kick the fans on for a minute and turn them off. And just trickle charge it when we got back to camp. if I had to do it again I was going to look into putting a dog leg in the steering stem, to put a full-size fan on the back side. 17. ^^ has one for sale too ^^
  18. No originally when I put the gauge on there it was a trail bike. And that's the only picture I could find showing it ... And yes skeeter it was done by a Floridian, I wont show you the computer fans I put behind the radiator to go along with it... Now that I think about it I'm sure they're still in there... Both setups worked real good though Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  19. I just bought a chrome gauge mount & put a mechanical gauge on mine, when I used to run tight trails with the kids to keep an eye on the temperature... Not the prettiest but works good & easy to see... Only pic I could find. I can get you one from riders view tonight if you want? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
