  6. You have to check your float seat. either your float's set too high or sticking (you can try tapping on your bowl with a screwdriver handle and see if that seals it), your seat or needle is bad If tapping it doesn't fix it and or it starts doing it again, you'll have to take your bowls off (make sure you mark them left and right) hold your float up with your hand, turn the fuel on see if it still leaks. if so your seat is not sealing .if it does your levels probably set to high. when reassembling make sure the bowls are on the correct side and your choke tube is back in between the two carbs Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  7. ""when I release the choke to start it"" Choke or on/off fuel valve? ""No it runs what’s left in the tubes and then turns off"" runs = drips? turns off= stops dripping? Or are you talking about engine running and turning off
  8. Probably just overflow hoses, from your floats not seating, does it leak when it's not running , fuel on ?
  9. Is that you Skeeter?
  10. There is a screen in the tank If it runs when you add fuel ( squirt from bottle) & not through carbs. You have a fuel issue and if you see fuel entering the carb. But it's not getting to eng. It has to be carb. ? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  11. I know that Tyler's pic was a little shocking for you but, put down the flip phone, grab your smartphone again ,so you won't be delayed and repeating a post Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  12. This the only time it's tried to start? Need to find out why it's not getting fuel... Cap not venting, float level off, fuel screen clogged, jets clogged... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

  16. Only if it's bare somewhere and rubbing it against the frame. the exhaust won't be an issue other than ruining your filter. I just zip tie mine together somewhat. Did you oil your filters between the time that it ran good and didn't? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  17. Clean them, and run without oil & see what it does Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  18. Good catch , I thought he already said he checked that Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  19. Make sure it's not something stupid like your air filters rubbing on a harness or something... long shot but Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  20. I've heard bad things about tuning air strikers too, could be a combo of that too? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  21. it likes the extra air, so you must be really rich .how bad was your clutch before . could it have been slipping, when you were riding it before, when It was in the powerband and under load, it was slipping so much that, being so rich, didnt matter as much , because you weren't under a good load Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  22. How old are you? he only rides with little boys. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  23. You rode it enough without filters, to get under a load, in the power band & it's fine that way or just reving it w/o filters?
