  4. Looks pretty good to me,your pretty much at 2mm on the porcelin.
  5. 28 ft.-lb. for upper and 23 ft.-lb. for lower. EDIT:J-arm is 22 upper and 22 lower.JUst read your banshee and saw you had a 89.
  6. I'm assumming you mean a '96 cr250r?His bike probably has around 45 hp with a good port job and you got to remember his bike weighs half of what yours does.He catches you so fast because of the weight dif and gearing on a bike, and thats why you beat him in a 1/4 mile he's out of gear.
  7. No the P.V won't be back together by then. But I may be getting a new 'shee today so I'll see If that goes threw I will probably take the new one out there for its maiden voyage. EDIT:Well the new 'shee did'nt work out so I may take the G/f's 05 'shee out for the day. Let me know if your going out for sure.
  8. I believe winnemuca is 156 miles from reno and sand mountain is 95 miles.Me personally would rather go to sand mountain but my 'shees are not setup for the dunes in winnemuca.I believe its 3 1/2 hours to get to winnemuca and 1 1/2 hours to get to sand mountain from Reno.
  9. There you go Collin, I'm sure trying to pull that 250 didn't help those out any!!!! Looks like you're going to have to fix first gear or change your gearing for second gear starts.
  10. Audrey, Welcome to the HQ. For your first question on o-ring or non o-ring.I personally run non o-ring chains on mine however look for a good tensile strength chain.Ebay ones ussually have very low tensile strenght.Gearing I would run a 13/42 combo and with a +4 swinger you'll have to get a longer chain.116 I believe with that gearing.(2)don't bother with a boost bottle.Waste of money! And as for the leaning out it's ussually not jetting correctly for the conditions or running out of gas.
  11. here you go http://home.earthlink.net/~gellett/banshee.htm
  12. Not sure about THANKSGIVING yet but should be there for Halloween weekend.
  13. Very smart choice IMO.
  14. Throw me in as well.
  15. I've rode winnemuca and it's alot more technical.Lots of area to ride just nothing steep. The way the dunes are out there if your into sidehilling and riding ridges it's great.
  16. Those are the ones that could be leaking air.
  17. Go to riva and click on Original Parts Finder and then go to year then make and then click on crank and piston and there you go.
  18. No thats the water pump seal.its #13 and 11 Here's a link http://216.37.204.203/Yamaha_OEM/YamahaATV...8&B=3's EDIT:Thats not working so you'll have to link here and inter your info. www.rivamotorsports.com
  19. Motion Pro makes a leak down tester part #08-0071.Let me warn you it's not cheap.I build enough engines that I spent the money for it,However you can build your own.I've seen threads on how to build one you'll have to do a search though.
  20. You said you went to a car wash correct? The high pressure from the car wash destroys gaskets and seals especially if they are older gaskets that are dry from weathering.
  21. Here you go Dinner. From my Powervalve 'shee.
  22. If it was more them 300 feet You would more then likly be able to beat him,but 300 feet is short and your 'shee won't even be hooking up yet.
  23. Sounds like you developed a air leak.Posibly base gasket or intake gasket or manifold.
  24. Your probably going to get your a$$ handed to you,Sorry man.
