Your compression readings sound like you have a cylinder desighned for a different stroke crank.I went through that with my P.V engine.Had 115 psi with 17 cc domes.once I relized the crank was the wrong stroke and installed the correct stroke mine went to 195 psi with the same 17 cc domes and I'm at 4500 feet.

Aaron there actually is a boost bottle set up for single carbed units.I have not seen one on a blaster but I've seen them on dirty bikes.

Thanks for mentioning me in this.I'm not the fastest nor do I know it all.So here's some I candy for everyone to look at.And no there is not a boost bottle on it.And I built it myself.

Geoff, The easiest way to explain it would be that it pulls the air from each cylinder at a time not both cylinders at the same time.for example try breathing in threw your nose while taking your thumbs and block of one nostroll at a time while still inhailing threw your nose.Yes both nostrills open is easier but one at a time still pulls air in for that side.Hope that helps explain it a little.

A bad coil or should i say a coil going bad will act just like the thing is way rich and a lot of people burn down there top end from leaning out the jeting instead of finding the real cause.

Jared, Your best bet with that would be to put the box in and do a plug check and then ride it around the way the jeting is now and see how its running.You will probably need the 48 pilot in it though,and the main may still be good.single carb setups are not as picky. EDIT=and your needle will probably need to go to the third clip

I want to thank everyone who put there two cents in on this for me I'm getting better now that its been five weeks since the break up.Her and I still talk on the phone once in a while and talk about how we are doing and are kids,so that is cool.Yesterday she told me that her boyfriend already moved in with her and praposed to her(didn't say yes yet) and she traded the banshee I built for her for a rhino"dumbass"I still miss her and probably will for a while still but like I said I'm doing alot better now.I actually went on a date last night and it went really good but the wierd thing is she talks just like the ex-girl friend and that freaks me out alittle.She has two kids that seem cool,16 year old daughter and a 12 year old son,so hopefully my 12 year old daughter will get along with them.Once again thanks to everyone that tryed to help it meant alot to me to get all the suport from you, Kai...
