T-5's Cool head"get domes that will set you up around 140-145 psi" 28 mm carbs"Jet them to your engine needs"(Still can use stock air box configuration) Pro flow air filter setup V-3's Boss intake for the 28's"intagrated cross over" Thats about 1300.00 bucks and your 'shee will rip.This is a proven setup. EDIT:Do all of these mods at the same time,And jet the carbs at the same time once.

Kai , definatley not gonna be able to get that motor or bike from you now. i still haven't pulled the engine on mine apart yet so we'll just hope a good hone job and some new pistons and intakes will do the trick. Agreed.Don't worry about it.Since you got the head off I would put a aftermarket one on and be done with that stock head.Of course that is IMO..

Yes I do as stated in the third post.I ride sand and they work great in those conditions.It doesn't take long at all for them to transition either.I will never buy anything else they are bad ass IMO.

I use goggles from PROGRIP.They look like oakleys but the lenses are transitional and I love them.They were'nt that expensive either compared to all the goggles on the market.My .02 cents.

I hate to say it but you will lose to him especially on hard pack.If the guy nose how to ride it you'll lose even worse.Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but hey you guy's can B/S after with a beer and food.

yes you are right about the sprocket sizes.the 18 inch tires will work also but you will lose ground clearance.if you are running stock gearing 14/41 you may want to try 13/42.

I have seen it and actually helped him on tuning it a little.I don't think you can go wrong with it if the price is right.

Just watch your intakes closely and often for cracking!!!

Sorry for going over the top with the waverunner engine,Although it is posible to do. The parts catolog only goes up to 06 thats why it doesn't say 07 model year.Kinda like a 06 mustang I had bought in 05 all the aftermarket catalogs only said 05 mustang but the cars were the same for parts. :beer:

Dave I got you beat.I ordered mine as a 07 1/2 model with a GP1300R waverunner engine sitting transversly with a 530 chain setup and a 5 way programable injection system,Tripple chrome pipes out one side and they gave my the yamaha extended warrenty too...
