You can get a week pass at the mountain itself $40.00 bucks. You don't need a permit or sticker for the bike or the 'shee just whip flags. As for getting your tire swaped There may be someone there that will do it for you but I would'nt re-lie on it though,Your best bet would be to get it swaped at home or stop in reno on your way and have it done.As for what to expect out there as far as riding I recommend cruising around at a normal pace untill you see all the drop offs and other obstickles and all the peaple that will be riding around in every direction.
Heres a quick vid of my ride.Just go done fixen it from blowen it up two weeks ago.
So DRI4life,If you're willing to go all the way to dajogejr state why don't you come to my sand box and we'll see your 115 hp cheetah on a stock swinger run against my cub.I'm sorry man I have to call bullshit on that also.I have a 421 cheetah also and I could'nt keep the front end down with v-paddles and a stock swinger.
I got my polished 4 mill cub cylinder for sale.Needs re-nikasiled.Selling because I don't have time to wait for it to be re-done so I bought another cylinder.Nikasil runs about $185 to 250.Pm me with serious offers.
Just get a aftermarket one.The stock chain rollers suck and don't last that long.aftermarket calls it a chain slider and is way better desighn.there like 25-35 bucks.
If they decide that the butterfly is endangerd they won't close some more of the mountain they'll close the whole thing down. It's sad that this is the first notice of the end of the mountain for us. :baseball_wibble:
Pull your swing arm off,Remove the sleeve and grease the needle bearings and the sleeve itself and put ur back together and and you won't have any more squeking from it for a while.I do mine every three months.
Another thing you might check is your float height. It may just be alittle to high causing it to load up at idle till it clears up in second. My .02 cents.
I've stood my old 04 'Shee without any problems.I drained the fuel tank to below the gas cap level and ran the carbs out of fuel and went 500 miles from my house to some dunes that way and then did the same for the way back and never had any problems.I drained the tank down and emptied the carbs so the fuel would'nt leak all over.
If you still have the park brake crap on it,All you needed to do is loosen the bolt for the adjustment and the caliper would have slide right on.Just my .02 cents
