  1. There is a mounting kit, it's $25 but comes with a new cap and petcock gasket also. I use a hide-a-key on my rear mounts and it holds it down without the washers.
  2. I saw Magnum oversized radiators for sale in a dirtwheels ad for $275, I'm sure they have the same capacity as all the others.
  3. $25 plus shipping?
  4. Hey Braxton, what you really need to do is sell me that roller...let me know if you wanna sell it.
  5. I've got a full set of stockers sitting in the garage, decent shape and no cuts or plugs, etc. pm me if you're interested and I'll email you pics...I'll let them go cheap
  6. Post up some pics of them if you can, I'm thinking about buying a set and wondered what they look like mounted on a banshee.
  7. The shocks can be made to fit, but you'll have use spacers or shim the bearing eyes/sleeves with washers since the shock mounts are so narrow on hondas. I personally like the 450r shocks better than the yfz450 shocks everyone uses.
  8. Just buy a stock airbox with the proflow already installed, I see them on ebay all day for around $50-60 bucks
  9. Congrats man, I've got a 2 1/2 year old little boy and a 3 month old little girl so I can relate. My son is never jealous since we got him real psyched up about the baby before it came, just make sure you give the 2 year old lots of attention and everything will be cool  .
  10. I blew one just like that and now that I think about it my gas sat for about 2 weeks. The other side was fine. The tech at Toomey told me that the 927 I run separates fast so it's best to mix just what you use. I guess I'll try it from now on. What's your head look like?
  11. I'm about to go and get my kids names on each inner forearm. Probably black ink with some form of cursive.
  12. I'm a Florida State fan and this year is the worst I can remember, but hey at least we're not Miami. :yelrotflmao:
  13. Florida State...I know we're down but we can still wreck your season next week. :woot:
  14. I'm going with kenda knarly xc's in the next few weeks, a friend ran a brand new set the last time we rode and they were awesome. They wear great and are only $49.99 a piece from RMATV. They do good in mud too, the lugs aren't to close so they clean out really well.
  15. I have forged wiseco's right now (Vito's), and I've heard something similar about forged. I think the problem was that they expand and it causes the rings to wear really fast. The top ring can become pretty much useless in as little as 5 hours of run time from what I understand. I'll just continue to run my pistons until something else happens I guess, I just can't justify swapping them because of "what if's".
  16. That might be pretty rich with an airbox, I'd say a 180-185 main and 48 pilot with the needle in the 3rd clip. The 190 and 50 worked good with a clamp on for me, but was still a little rich. Jared
  17. I used some spray enamel inside the grips and slid them on and let them dry for about a day.
  18. I remember not long after I got my banshee I put some T-6's and vforce 2's on it with an air filter, those were my only mods at the time. Anyway, a guy up the street with a cleanup shop had a buddy stop by that had a Trinity built 400ex. It was ported, bored, ignition, gears, piped, full suspension...you name it. I just happened to be coming down the road headed to some wooded trails up the road and the guy flags me down. He tells me his buddy wants to race so he rolls it off his truck and pulls down the road to meet me. We line up on the street and his buddy flags us...he jumps right away and I dump the clutch...mine stands straight up and I grabbed another gear, the whole time smoking the tires and leaving two black marks. All I remember is hitting the pipe and it wasn't even funny how fast I went by this guy. The funny thing is I never looked back, I just kept going. 400ex's suck.
  19. Can you make them for oversized tanks? I know they'll have to have holes in the tank portion so they'll stick good.
  20. I ride a 450R and banshee...different strokes...the avatar just kind of fits. I need to get somebody to photoshop my bikes with the city backdrop from the beginning of the show. If anyone does it let me know.
  21. I forgot to mention that when I ran stock carbs with clamp on's I also had to cut the airbox supports from the frame since they rubbed holes in my outerwears, I know that's a pretty common problem with them unless you have the angled filters.
  22. I'm switching from a clamp on back to an airbox, but I ride in alot nastier stuff here in the South. An airbox just seems to work better for me since I ride trails, sometimes you don't have time to think about going around something if you ride aggressive... when in doubt I gas it! The only positives I see with clamp on's are easier tuning and a little more airflow. IMO you wouldn't be having second thoughts if there wasn't a reason to be concerned.
  23. This sounds crazy, but when I installed my vforce2's I had the same problem. I kicked it about a million times and once I got it started I never had trouble again. I went through everything like you did and everything checked out.
  24. I guess I'll go with some aftermarket arms for it. Thanks for the replies.
  25. I subscribe to Atv Rider and Quad.
