I have a toomey needle sitting on the 4th clip right now. With my mods should I keep it there or move it up or down. My mods and elevation are in sig.

The only good movie I have seen lately was Stand By Me, came on about 4 in the morning when I just got off my shift.

Would help if we knew your elevation. You will prolly be close to 300 for your main jet, stock needle on 4th clip from top, and stock pilots (25's).

You did it right by leaving it in there.

Me and my friends mod the crap out of ours and they still run strong. Touching the engine won't make it blow up, you just have to know what you are doing. And yes T6's are good pipes, I like mine.

If they look good and it runs good I wouldn't change them. T5's are good pipes.

The higher the elevation the less fuel you are going to need. If you go from sea level to 3400 ft you will need to jet down. The higher up you go the less air there is so that means you will need less fuel.

Try switching the plug wires to see if it is something electrical.

I called them up and they said that you are supposed to keep it in. They said it helps guide the air/fuel mixture through the reeds better.

If you put them in with the center piece it will just be a hole in the middle. If you install them without the center piece it is a square.

Cmon, I know some one on here has some V3's.

First turn off the fuel. Then unhook the fuel line running the the T between the carbs. Pull it out to the side and turn the fuel back on and dump the old stuff into whatever container you have. You could always just take an old plug out, go to an autoparts store and get a couple more. I use NGK Iridium BR8EIX in mine and they never want to foul.

It's not that big of a deal. Just start in the middle and work your way out criscrossing like you do when you change out a tire. Start with the four in the center (1,2,3,4) then go to the outside 5 then across the head to 6 and so on until they are all pretty snug. Go ride for a while the double check them. I never used a torque wrench for mine, I just used a wratchet and have had no problems.

Might also check to see if it's a fouled plug on that side.

Best bet would be to drain the old gas and put some new gas in yourself. If that doesnt fix the problem it could be a jetting problem.

You better go to a doctor. I did the same thing when I was doing some cage fighting. I fell to the mat with a guy and poped mine out, had to quit the match so it sucked real bad. Went into the hall put it back in and it was sore for a couple weeks then felt fine. Went to wrestling with my brother and it poped out again so I put it back in. The the next day it poped out when I was putting my shirt on. About a year later I went to the doc and ended up tearing the labrum or something like that so I had to get surgery. Was out of work for 3 months and now I can't compete in cage matches anymore. Doc says he will see me or some other doc will see me when I am about 40 because of the damage I did with it hurt.

Anyone use the removable center part on the V3 reeds? Does it give more low end or top end? I put mine in without them but if there is an increase in power i'll have to try it.

Follow the instructions that come with the reeds. I got mine last week and it took me about 15 min to get it back together and running again.

Your best bet is to get jets from 250 to 350 and get a 27.5 pilot jet.

They complain because they have no rights, well you arent a citizen here so you dont have any now do you. I had a lot of friends in highschool that wanted summer construction jobs, cant get any though because illegals immigrants have them. If they are working here and sending their money back home it isnt helping our economy. Its funny when they talk about you in spanish, its even funnier when you talk back to them in spanish. The mexican border isnt that big, we can take over a country but we cant stop people from coming into ours. I have a lot of mexican friends, they are all legal, work hard, pay taxes, go to college and make something of themselves. They want to make our government do what they want, why not take over their own and run their country like they want it.

It shouldn't take much to keep illegal immigrants out. Put up a fence, have patrols, and bring some guns. If we have any kind of an unemployment rate why are we letting more people come over. Maybe because companies save money by paying less to illegals. I say shoot them.
