What do you guy's use to hold/glue cub water jacket plugs in place? Mine fit to loose unless I build them up with a bunch of Teflon tape. Even had the darn things spin up into the water jackets and that's sometimes a treat to fish out lol.

Years ago I found myself in your place expecting the wrist pin bearings to be in the piston kits. After all, who'd put in all those fresh parts including a new pin w/o a new bearing? Whenever I've bought a Hot Rod or Crankworks crank wrist pin bearings were zip tied to the rod end so I guess that's why companies like Wiseco don't automatically include them with the kit. Someone should write a book of all the crap that we get schooled on when dealing with these dang Banshees lol. Anyway - Call Jeff and he'll hook you up right away. I'm surprised that slipped past him as he's usually very good about mentioning any other items that might be needed for our projects. Good luck with your build.

I've run Wilburn ignitions on my drag bikes since day one but always said that a stock system with an adjustable timing plate is the way I'd go on anything else.

Save some $$ to put elsewhere. IMO you pay to much for the Hinson name. Contact an HQ sponsor for a billet basket. We've used Magnums from Jeff @ FAST Racing on our asphalt bikes for years and they've held up 100%.

I'd be very surprised if there weren't interchangeable. In earlier years I made quite a few inquiries about the internals of pumpers vs gravity and came to the conclusion that other than the fuel inlet seat orifice size both style PWK's were the same. Depending on the carb size the slides, pilots and mains very of course.

Good question Dave, I'd seen these on E-bay for some time now and always thought they were factory but I guess the description does leave it wide open as to OEM or aftermarket. The piece isn't shown separate on Sudco's PWK exploded view. Maybe Jeff (FAST) or other HQ Sponcor can chime in here and let us know if the item is available from Keihin.

Sure, When I originally talked to Lynn at LC Performance about ported cages he said that this setup was his preferred combo on his bikes. He also supplied the TDR petals. I've got most if not all of the invoices pertaining to this listing.
