  1. What you should expect from that build sheet.... First the vertex pistons to go KAPLOOWY! Then once you get it dialed in and switched to the Weiscos or WSM's you will find that your KOC port job is a massive under achiever..... Of course the guys who have never ran anything else will get on here and sing about how bad ass he really is, but they should be happy that it is faster since they don't have anything to compare it to. Trust me. Even the lowest rated site sponsor will put you ahead of that guy. I used to think my 440 CC big bore ported by a local was the shit..... Now my new 390 stock cyl smokes it in any aspect and it's smaller. Shop around and make this worth your while.
  2. Well Mr. Smarty pants..... You forgot the switch from 4 post sprocket hub to 6 post sprocket hub.Congrats! You can now regurgitate the proper knowledge next time you ruin the fun!
  3. Negative. Typically the higher end fuels tend to stale out faster. Proper storage in a sealed container in a cool low light area helps a lot.
  4. My vote is armadillo. They look pretty similar to mine
  5. Found this on a karting site, but there wasn't much if any info. Anybody familiar with a set up like this?
  6. No sir, I'm a Michigan boy! Jesse is from Canada and I believe TTBansheeRida, and Canadarider are the other two Canadian flat track riders. By the way. The photos of the swaybar with the tape are before I cut off the Softest mounting point.
  7. Shoot! Lone star and floats, he will never be able to ride a bike with anything less now....
  8. Yeah ASV, Wertz, or any other Pro rider lever. Stay away from that Magnum easy pull. They are garbage and some won't even go together out of the box now.
  9. Billit basket, pancake bearing, slingshot in stock cover, stock springs, fast or driveline clutch pack. It'll get ya hooked up, yet be soft enough to ride all day. I dig the sling shots for trails because they work to keep the motor moving with the extra inertia from mass. Works like the weighted flywheels do for the GNCC guys.
  10. Yeah, Brad has that Stock stroke, stock port bike that really fucking runs. Obviously it has a few moments it needs tweaking, but it can move for a budget set up.
  11. The arm on the motor won't move till that rod is free. It is possible to get it out but it takes patience. Motor will probably need to be out or you are just making your life harder then it needs to be. Tip the motor on its side with the clutch cover off and most of the clutch disassembled. Tap the actuator arm back randomly at opposing sides to get it to wiggle a bit. Typically if you can get it free you can crank it over enough to push the rod and ball out. Probably a good idea to re install a new bearing, seal, rod, ball, and a pancake bearing.
  12. Bike looks great!
  13. You can run a Dyna on any bike you want. But if you happen to have a plate on it you should set it at zero. The dyna is a great concept, especially if you have one that actually lets you keep making changes and it saves them correctly
  14. Brown on a spiral wheel White on a spiral wheel White on a medium wheel White on a loose wheel Red or Green on a loose wheel. Not bad for raw steel Rockets, huh?
  15. Pshhh, you sure? All kinds of overly emotional fellas here. Plenty of guys softer then Teddy Bear pussy!
  16. Get tested for AIDS! Always nice to have a clean bill of health before you start riding a suicide machine....
  17. Hey sidewayz. I finally got some of those photos to work. Did you get them?
  18. Split the cases! If you are missing any metal and can't account for it, you need to be 100% sure it's not in the crank case
  19. A new HEAD typically allows you to tailor the domes (combustion chamber) to your specific needs. It will give you a bump in compression and if they are done by a knowledgable builder they will help out with a more efficient combustion of the fuel and air. You can have domes cut for your desired fuel whether it is pump fuel, race gas, or Alky. Even though a lot of guys call them cool heads, they don't actually cool very much. A few heads out there are designed for better water flow, but even then not that much cooler.
  20. Pretty good stuff. I've seen a few in person and I'd ride one.
  21. Yeah. That was back a few years. What ever happened to flyhighprerunner?
  22. It helps to know when you bought something that it was properly maintained by someone competent. Tidos was a pretty active member on here for a while and seemed to be a pretty knowledgable guy. I'd say you got a solid set up.
  23. Borrink. Or even that dink minkia38
  24. So, any photos on the new ride height?
