  1. More like the closet.....
  2. Get a measurement on the bore. That will tell you if it's big bore. Any way you can post a photo?
  3. The red is nice for long straights. But if you want that strong mid to top with a decent bottom end, the purple band gets it done!
  4. Haha! If I didn't know better I'd say that was a photo of my crank from the white lake ice races a few years ago. I had pods on and one of the turns had a fucking pond filling up in it. Needless to say, airbox if it's really wet. Otherwise the pods are better performance and way easier to do work on the bike. The only question is whether your riding is going to need a foam or gauze type filter. Basically if there is very dusty or silt like conditions the Foam does a better job. But they do clog up much faster. It helps to put a panty hose over them and use them like an outer wear. There is a brand called Filter Socks, they are the same thing but just way pricier.
  5. Dude..... People are just busting your balls. Relax...... And, BUY ANOTHER BANSHEE OR GTFO! Haha
  6. How do you like it out of the smaller turns? I was seriously considering a 78mm twister small block. Gonna give a DM a try though
  7. Good knowledge right there. If you don't mind me asking, what is the preferred clearance for WSM pistons? Also is their clearance much different for big bore pistons. I used to buy all my big bore pistons from you guys till that motor was ready for the scrap pile. I recently called you about setting up a your girdle style head for my motor. I Havn't forgot about ya. Just have some issues to sort out on the bike first. Does WSM also do blaster style pistons?
  8. Huh? Is it 68 or 66.5?
  9. What are the plans on the motor to run unlimited?
  10. Minkia has about 12 pissed off customers for every one that is sort of happy. His shit is always over priced and the way he conducts business is meant to take advantage of those who just don't know better yet. He's a scheister! Always overpriced and usually not as described or even the part in the photo. If you want a set of toomeys, keep an eye out on Craigslist and look in the for sale forums here.
  11. Well..... At least somebody finally did a search! Can't complain.
  12. Little dab of grease on the finger tip and coat it. Stick it in the flange and screw it in
  13. Wow. That thing looks bitchin.... Is it a bitch to get the carbs in there? When do we get a write up on that build?
  14. So, what type of motor are you running those OOF's on? I would just hate to bump in to guys and have them get messed up. I am so ready to get my hybrid build started. I have been wanting to do one for the ice since I saw the first video on you tube of one. Now every body is gonna have one.
  15. Really, another how to start my bike thread. Well...... I just crack the throttle about half and give it a few real slow kicks with the choke if it hasn't been ran in a while. Then get the kicker to set up all the way up and give it a swift kick and it fires right up. But usually it fires first kick if it hasn't sat for a weeks
  16. Something like that..... Just save your self time searching and check out the FAST or Driveline clutch kits. They are both set up with FZR style components, and are IMO the most reputable set ups for the Banshee right now.
  17. Air brushing!
  18. Lotta sleeved stockers out there. My stock cyl big bore 4mm was 440cc's
  19. Those the single ring wossners?
  20. Don't bother. Think of it this way. You buy the athena jugs to be ported. That is the same cost as buying a 4mm crank and having your stockers ported properly and it will probably out run MOST Athena kits.
  21. The welcome back to the dark side..... But you're staying on the futon this time!
  22. Thought...... Billit baskets are nice.
