    To reduce images to less than 50K: Open the image in Paint. Choose Image Choose stretch/skew Reduce the width & height % wise Check the file size in attributes Stretch/skew some more if required.

    Thread file should work, however, finding one for internal threads isn't easy.

    Hey Boet, If the arms are still stock then you're gonna have some problems PC'ing them, the ball joints are not removable. If they are aftermarket and the ball joints are removable then I would recommend electroplating the uppers and PC'ing the lowers. Nice to see you still posting here! How's sunny SA right now? Damn, wish I was home right now...

    Putting the Denton Stabilizer in the same sentence as the Scotts Damper, is laughable, there is just no comparison...

    dammit, that's waaaaay too much info right there...

    290 to 320 should be ballpark for your mods, and your bike should not be overly lean or backfire with main jets of this size. Backfiring is caused by an extreme lean condition, in most cases an airleak. Confirm that you have a small black hose joining the carbs?
