Sounds to me like one of the wheel gears on the shaft it self as seized to the shaft. I have run into several Banshee's that the 2nd wheel gear bushing work it self out binding the gear to the shaft. Ron

Check and make sure that you do not have a fuel delivery problem from the tank The pick up in the tank can be restricted with crud etc.., not giving you enough fuel flow causing the carb bowls going dry under power.... "Fuel Starvation" Ron

Hi KEVSWS6, It simply puts tracking programs on your computer so they can see what sites you visit and adds to your cookies. I use a free program called Ad-aware 6.0 and use it to scan my computer every time my pop up blocker alerts. Usually when pop ups adds are detected they are adding spy-ware to your computer. It is most likely that the plastic piece in cracked and needs to be replaced. The little screw that are talking about is for a neutral light wire that is not used on the Banshee, but they used this same shift drum cover since the 1970's road bikes.

$60.00 Turbo...??? in working condition? Intake plumbing and exhaust plumbing cost will be what? Waist gate cost ??? And many more beers to show up on your table. Good luck, and I too would like to see the end results. I really think you can add 300% in cost to your project and a whole lot more time.

If the bore of the carb is concentric to outer body it is a 35 mm, if the bore is off set to the bottom of the body it is a 33 mm.

2 parts ATF, 1 part 10-40 motor oil. It works great!

Get a shop manual, it will give you a step by step instructions and have pictures too.

You will need a 6 X .75 mm tap and a 5.25 mm (.2067") drill bit.
