  1. with only 100 psi i would be doing the top end very very soon LOL
  2. lol i still get tons of wheel spin even on pavement ... untill i get to 5th gear .... and a longer swinger will only let me spin more wont it ? ... i gonna go to a -2 but i cant keep the front end down in the 1st place
  3. drill the stud but dont tap it .... get a ez out and the stud will come right out without harming the threads make sure to use the correct bit size for the ez out too.
  4. i agree with wallrat. but as long as ur happy with it and ya get that big ass banshee grin, it's all good then isnt it?
  5. haynes manual show a green/white comin outta the cdi but not a green/yellow. is the wire ripped outta the connector ? if ya can tell where it came from just put it back, im sure its needed if it comin directly outta the cdi box
  6. ya can just go to autozone and get some 50/50 premixed coolant and be just fine ... engine ice is blue and ya use it straight outta the jug and water wetter is red but with water wetter ya only add a small amount like a couple caps to ur cooling system
  7. ya it dont sound to bad of a deal at all
  8. engine ice comes 1/2 gallon jug if ur runnin a stock radiator 1 jug will do ya fine and have a couple inch's left in bottom of jug ....................... i wish i could get engine ice for 14.00 ... im payin 21.00 but the water wetter i got for 6.00 and its supposed to be real good ... she hasnt over heated it yet LOL she will tho
  9. im pretty sure that the main different between a pw and pwk is the the pwk is a newer model carb ... but on the pj you adjust ur idle with the choke knob and the pwk had a idle screw. i may be wrong but i dont think so anyway LOL
  10. his - engine ice .. her's - water wetter
  11. the boost bottle is a total waste of good metal. if it bling ya want grab a rag and the mother's and go to town on ur balance tube.. its cleaner looking than a bb and shinier than a mofo
  12. light brown to tan is fine ... ya sound fat on idle to me, try tuning the mixture's out a 1/4 turn at a time and see if it gets any better ... what pilot jet are ya runnin?
  13. the 2n1 manifold will rock on ur set up.earier to jet, no synch'n carbs up, they are baddass just for how much easier they make ur life. thats the rout im takin on my 98 when its time for a new top end!
  14. yup thats the only way to know for sure who's the baddest! ...
  15. i got one bout a year ago from a buddy on a trade, he was worried about strength LOL. so it went in my wifes shee, and so far she has cost me a swingarm and carrier from clippin a tree with the back tire and the axle is still true as hell. its identical to the durablue eliminator axle. peel the stickers and other than the axle nut ya cant tellem apart. its a decent axle, especially after all the crap she was sliding into when she 1st got her shee. i would definatley go with another one just because of what i seen her do to hers when she hit the tree LOL
  16. we get the torco mach 112 for 4.25 a gallon ... we get a deal cause my supervisor at work owns a speed shop and is a car owner in the arca latemodel , modifieds ... lol the local shops get 63 bucks a 5 gallon can of either VPc12 or the klotz race fuel! thats crazy pricing.
  17. i wouldnt go by much ALBA has to say on hp. LOL they were advirtising that with thier lil power up kit ... pipes, jets and k&n w/no lid ya where gonna get like 64 or so ... lol
  18. here ya go man jims a great guy to work with he goes by passionre on the hq http://passionracingengines.com/Services.html
  19. ya but with just some porting and basic mods he should be seeing anywhere from 55hp+ and up easy, thats a nice seat of the pants gain too!
  20. dont the new kasea and eton mini's come with dual a-arms? ... my lil guy is ready for a wheeler but its got to have dual a-arm's. he's 6 and way to big for a lt50 .... shit he fits perfect on the lt80. so im startin a build on a cr85 Blaster, he'll be big enough for that in a year or two.
  21. for 03 and newer the big tell tale is the disc front brakes and a pointy nose piece. other than that they're pretty much unchanged since they where released.
  22. whaaaaaaa i need to learn that trick LOL
  23. .80 over is pretty much maxed out.... i agree the warrior is still just a warrior after ya put all that cash in it. but i like the warrior its not the fastest or even what i consider fast but i still like em .... theyre a good reliable quad till they're bored out to far (the sleeve gets thin and can't disipate the heat properly and then they get hot and the piston siezes in the bore and bends the rod) LOL
  24. on a stock banshee carb when adjusting the airscrew ... clockwise richens the mixture and counter clockwise leans the mix .... if your runnin a stock pilot try it like .5 to 1 turn out from bottoming the airscrew out, but just barely bottom it dont over do it or ya mess up the aircrew. also make sure your needles are both clipped in the same relative groove's on the needles .. so like both are in the 3rd or 4th from the blunt end of the needle . hope this gets ya goin
  25. b4 i went to the vito's pipes i had fatty's on both banshee's and they where both blue about 6 to 8 inch's . i think it mainly has to do with the nickel plate .. i was told i was way to fat on my jetting and that was blue'n mah pipe's, but no it was dead on. i think its mainly the nickel or shity chrome. but ya i can see it blueing your pipes if the jetting is way off ....exhaust temprature definately is a variable tho lol
