im thinking the "vacume hoses" are the lower end vent tubes. there should be one coming outta the rear of the cases and one coming out on top by the water pump cover, they connect with a T fitting and then rout it up by the steering stem. and the bracket with the sensor on it is for the brake light ...

well for all the guys that have ur frames media blasted and PCed. make sure ur numbers dont get blasted away or filled with paint or PC conservation will confiscate ur shit and send u to prison for 3 to 6 years ........ we just had a big ordeal with state,county,city over this .... like 6 cops and after 4hrs of title crap they finally let me keep my wife's banshee .. all because i threw a huge fit cause he was tryin to scratch the pc off her frame and couldn't get numbers ... cut silencers are supposed to give ya some bottom end , atleast thats what the 2 stroke mx guys say ..... lol and they're considerably louder too!!, ya they do look a hell of alot better too.

i use a strip of black electrical tape between the frame and skid plate, or ya can go to the local hobby shop and buy some servo tape. but i also drilled two 5/8" holes in my skid so it would drain

LOL it's cali, they're like the fuckin' guistapo out there .... they need to get a bit of insight and realise this isn't fuckin' russia ... yea the ignition timing is adjustable on a car but the camshaft timing isn't, unless ya install a adjustable cam gear set up.

i have found that the best way i have found to remove the ball joints from the spindles is to loosen the castle nut, but leave it threaded on a few threads. then smack the spindle where the ball join goes through with a hammer. from the side as not to get the threads. always works fine for me

stock rim size is 10x5, the offset is 3x2, bolt pattern is 4 on 156.

yea what wesw said id set the airscrew up at 1 turn and 4th clip on needle and a 310 main and go from there.

most of the automotive paint stores's are capable of puttin high end automotive paint in a spray bomb for ya ... we tryed some automotive bumper paint by sikens and lol it lasted a couple years .. but the fusion will come right off the rear fenders if ya get ur boots or ass on em much.

can you blast the frame and whats the charge with pc if ya can?
