  1. hey no it doesnt just the lockup and bolts
  2. I have a direct drive lockup with the bolts wanting to trade for something else for my banshee, open to offers, will get pics if you want them. Im getting rid of because banshee is being sold.
  3. alright thanks man
  4. Im trying to put the flywheel back on and am wondering if the key goes onto the flywheel first or do I put it in the crank first, then slide the flywheel over it? Also since the flywheel key is like a half moon do you slide it in so the flat part rides on the groove cut out for it or do you slide the rounded edge in the groove?
  5. when i got my clutch cover modified, the breather hose nipple under the water pump cover was gone does anyone know the part number for it and what it is actually called?
  6. ive rode 3 trips with a tooth broke off on my clutch basket ran fine, finally bought a new clutch basket though, oh yea the idler gear had a washer and a clip come off, dont know if that was the cause? One ride i would think you would be fine, hell mine to this day never made any wierd noises or anything either.
  7. yes that is what im talknig about also the spring from the blaster too.
  8. thanks i thought someone else might have read it, from the pictures fo yamahas catalog it looks like their is a roller on it.
  9. I read somewhere awhile back that the blaster torsion spring is lighter and can be put on in place of the banshee stock spring, might as well buy the bracket for it too, and the bolt, it will cost about 15.00 instead of the shift pro's 65+. So is it true that the blaster one will work?
  10. thanks again ill just go with a billet one from jeff at fast
  11. ok thanks for the info, also have you heard of anyone hard anodizing their clutch basket to make it stronger? Or is it a waste of time?
  12. I got a cheap brand new clutch basket for my banshee, but am ready to do a lock up and have read that i shouldnt use a stock clutch basket because it shatters easily? Is this true, also I am wondering if I put this lock up on what kind of stress will it put on other parts of the motor, trans etc, since it stops the slipping of the clutch? I thought that the clutches are supposed to slip alittle bit?
  13. yea got the cascade product and putting in a lockup
  14. is it possible to hard anozide a clutch basket?
