  1. i'd look at trying some 260 mains and do a plug chop to see where ur at!!!!!!!
  2. the stock carbs should give low and mid but kill it on top ... 400 sure if thats what the motor wants. read ur plugs @ the basering and not the porcelin
  3. LOL that cub will work ya like a lil school girl ........
  4. LOL that cub will work ya like a lil school girl ........
  5. if the slides dont open all the way your not getting maximun flow and major turbulence at wot, in theory causing a rich mix at wot. i'd ditch the carbs and go with some 33pwk's. ya should have plenty of top end with the toomey pipes ... cpi, shearer would be better, but the toomey's should run strong tho .... if you are running off the top of ur pipes ... it'll put hard as a bitch then as you get close to topping out the revs it'll fall fall on its face. the gorr everywhere port should be fine with just about any decent aftermarket pipe.
  6. the only way to be sure where your at is to do a plug chop, wot and mid chops will get ya on the right track to make'n her scream!!!! leave the needle in the 3rd clip till you get the mains right on, then tune your needle.
  7. if your compression is good, more than likely you need to adjust your air screw " turn it in " 1/8th turn at a time. but if you get improvements and you end up less than 1 turn out on the air screw then go up 1 size on the pilot jet. ohh and make sure the choke tube is in place, and the slides aren't in backwards.
  8. make sure you are set for high on ur reed retaing bars ... of ya set up the other way the reeds won't hold up. i've ran my vf2's that way for beter than 2 years, and haven't had not 1 reed problem..
  9. trinity fuckin sux man, they don't seem to build anything that run's real strong unless it's a 1 off specialty bike. thier stuff isn't any better than anyone elses, they're just try'n to sell you on thier bullshit. noss heads are just plain out sweet ... i run a prodesign but im gettin ready to do another build and it WILL be runnin a noss head .... if ya wanna real port job call passion or fast ....i hear fast does some great work too . trinity will charge you for a pro level motor and send ya a fuckin lame ass slopoke.
  10. LOL z/kfx/dvx 400's are easy prey for a bone stock banshee ..
  11. 5500 otd std model and 5700otd for ltd and anv models ... i gave 3g for my 03ltd bone stock, showroom nice, and it only had 10g fuel thru it, was the sales managers quad
  12. there are no definate jet settings for pipes, airbox mods, reeds, ect, because every motor is different..... i'd bump up to around a 320 main and a 27.5 pilot and go from there .. make sure you get wot and mid plug readings and jet from there
  13. there are a few porter's that can get good results porting around the T-6, but the T-5 responds worlds better to mods tho.
  14. nice ob on the fender dirtman350 .. looks killr!!
