i ran spectro full synthetic once .... 1 ride clutch was fried. new clutch and have ran honda hp4 10w40 for close to 2 years with no problems what so ever ... LOL i have run honda hp4 in 91 chevy pickup too .. its good oil and cheap by the gallon about 8 bucks

just avoid all water ... as far as trails you're good to go, k&n's w/outerewear's are very good filters so i wouldn't worry and ride the wheels off it oh and always use the k&n spray oil not the stuff in the bottle

what mods are you running?

ur pilot is way to big for the fatty pipes on a stock motor w/stock carbs ...... run a 27.5 at around 2 turns or stock pilot at like .5 to 1 turns. my 98 (wifes) is stock with fattys,k&n,airbox w/ no lid. i'm at 900ft/70f and it runs a stock pilot at .75 turns/4th clip on the needle/280 main ... starts 1st kick without fail, and accelerates clean all the way to the top

lol i really dont see how he could gain any hp. the stinger completes the tuning of the pipe. if ya was runnin with only the silencers cut off it may gain a little bit but its not worth all the noise it will make .... want more hp? change to a inframe drag pipe,port it,carb it,add some timing,reeds ..... do it the right way and remember the majority tune of the pipe comes from the head pipe and expansion chamber shape and diameter, the diameter of the stinger also plays a large roll in how far the pipe will rev. ie: my shearer stingers are smaller diameter than the fatty stinger, and we all know which pipe revs farther!

well it runs that for sure ... he got holeshot hard in 1st moto and he was 3rd to the 1st corner in second moto ... they ran blasters and mods and mini's class's all together it was hilarious see'n him launch off the line like that but its so fast now we gotta do even more to the suspention .. were thinkin mebe a 300ex front end is just what the doctor ordered!

LOL neverr reuse a head gasket ... it's pointless, buy a new one or wait until ya can get one

i run airbox's on both my shee's, i would like to run with clamp-ons and ditch the airbox. but sometimes we have to cross a creek, and the outerwears are not water proof. if they are then why does it let water thru it when ya rinse it after washing it? they do filter the most of the dirt out of the water that get on em, but you still ingest water into your filter and engine. i could be wrong, but i wont risk my engine.

it sounds to like you are fat on the needle if its loadin up in the mid just crusin' but when ur runnin it hard it stays cleaned out.

exept for price i think the trinity is on the same level as the T-5 ... but man that stainless steel is sweet and the quality is second to none on the trinity pipes .... but is it worth another 200 over the toomey that has equal performance, and the best chrome i've seen on a set of atv pipe's. the chrome on toomey pipes i have seen have been show quality.

i firmly believe a 2stroke is supossed to smoke!.... but then you got oil in ur gas so it should smoke, shouldn't it?

it sounds like you only need the axle nut for the eliminator axle .. i just ordered one my self it was 70 bucks... not bad i guess. i also found that by the time was shipped it was cheaper to get it through my local stealership lol

well i make 26.50hr ... and average oilfield pay is from 17.00 up .. now how many americans will work for that? ... most people that i know would . but they cant get the job if ya got a nontax payin illigal doin same job for 5hr .... see my point? this is a very touchy subject because i have seen a few of my good friends both american and mexican/americans not get work because the illegals work so cheap
