Just wondering if you are using your choke???? Also i'm sure you have heard this before but is your gas turned on? Might want to think about a clymers manual for your shee. I just got one and it is way better than the oem service manual.

What Oil To Run In The Crank Case?

Run belray gear saver 80 wt here. Just replaced my stock clutch and it showed hardly any wear. Reason for clutch replacement was to polish out side cover and found cushions in basket tore up. Oh well that's my problems. -
I split the cases today and found the crank bent

If the crank is bent it had to tore up other items in the motor. Did you feel any vibration from it? PM Jeff with FAST Racing or Passionre for some quotes and they can help ya out. -
What a waste of $. IMO it look good but why put all that $ into it and can;t even ride it. I would be scared to scratch it. I would rather put my money elsewhere.

I run 2 12in alpine type r's and like the alot. Need more power for them but what the hell. That way i will not blow them up.

Glad to here it all worked out in the end. Sounds like he took care of you. Too bad we have to lose a good guy to work on things but when stuff like that comes at ya you have make sacrafices.

I just got a set of plain s/s nuts and washers from cascade. They look pretty good IMO.

IMO i would split the cases and removed all the gears and seals then have them pc.

Definitely wotrh the money. Like said before the stock air filter is junk and should be repalced right away to avoid getting dirt and junk in your carbs.

I just ordered in a clutch basket and some misc parts from Jeff and WOW what can i say. His service is top notch. Jeff was willing to go out of his way to help me out even after business hours. All i can say is thanks alot for your time and help. We need more guys like him.

If it was me i would save up and spend the extra $ and buy some elka's or something else.

I drove from iowa to minnesota to buy my 98 and it was in good shape. It all depends on how the guy took care of it.

I run fatties on my shee and love them. I ride trails, farmland and sand. I feel like these are good all around pipes. It's hard to pick pipes. Everyone will give you a different response on pipes. You may have to just buy them and try them. Does anybody in your aera own a banshee with fmf's and pc's? You might want to ride there's and go from there.

I was a little weary about cutting mine but i'm glad i did. If you look at the front fenders the only block about an inch anyway. Plus with the front fenders gone you can see in front of you alot better.

Last time i changed mine and added 2 qts some of it came out vent tube back by axle. After it leaked out it has been fine ever since.

Just think dude all the money you could have spent on her now you can spend on your shee. Life is to short worry about the past. Trust me there are plenty of grils out there to have.
