  1. I run the Pro Taper SE 7/8 bars and really like them. I have gave them alot of abuse and still holding up strong. Otherwise you could by some carbon steel bars if strentgh is the issue. Plus most carbon steel bars are pretty cheap.
  2. WOW Man that sucks that your clyinders got lost. That's pretty shitty that eric won't respond to your calls and emails. May have to search out ebay for some.
  3. From what i have exp all ac nerfs fit that way. I weighed out all the competition and chose to go with Tusk nerfs fro rocky mountain atv and was very pleased for the price.

  8. on a shee you have to remove the key switch for the kill switch to work properly. with key switch still intact the kill switch will not function.
  9. I would like to polish out my clutch cover soon and was wondering what type of tips do you use for your dremel to polish with and remove the paint on the cover. Any info would be great.

  11. Not sure on the front ones but i think the rear is a 194 bulb. I will have to look in the manual. I dont use stock tail light anymore i run a red led lamp now.
  12. could be alot of things. I would tear the head off and go from there. also might want to removed the reeds and chekced pistons.
  13. Any engine oil that contains friction modifiers. ex. mobil 1 and others.
  14. Sounds like you got an awesome deal. The after pic looks pretty good. I kinda did the same thing when i bought my 98 from a guy in minnesota. spent some time and money for it and i can call it my own. Hopefully after it is put back together it will meet your expectations. Welocome aboard.

  17. I use fox racing gloves. they are cheap and like said above usually lend a pair out or lose a pair. No sense in buying high dollar gloves to just lose or lend out.
  18. I run douglas red labels all the way around and haven't had any problems yet. I have rolled it slammed into rocks and donw just about anything you can think of and then are holding up good.

  20. Flywheel lightned allows the motor to rev faster. PM Boonman. he is doing it still i think. Basically they machine it down to take some weight off of it.
  21. I would call up your axle mfg and ask them. if the carrier is the same i don't see why it wouldn't fit.
  22. Is the castle nut loose for the hub? Try to tighten it first. Check your splines on the axle and the hub for spline wear or damage.
  23. Have you tried an online microfiche? If not try Bikebandit.com I have had pretty good luck. If it's not on the microfiche call them up and usually they can get the right parts for you without any troubles.
  24. Dude hit up ebay. You can find peg ext pretty cheap. I got some ext and they bolt right up. The bolts that came with them was a little cheap but that was no big deal. You can get stamped steel ones or alum ones whatever your liking is.
  25. Looks like a sweet grill. Not a bad looking upgrade fro someone that does not want to spend alot of money.
