Had the same thing happen on my stock petcock and put it back in and never had a problem.

Bolt it up and see how she sits. Post some pics if ya can so we can see what it looks like.

Uplug the little black box up under the left side of the fuel tank. The tors will not keep it from starting. It will limit your throttle. Change the plugs and keep us updated.

Timing plate and impact and call it good. No prob's here.

Don't froget about the adj timing plate. Air filter pipes tires tors removal skids

Sounds like a high dollar jet kit to me.

Yeah check the tension on the chain. Make sure you adjust it properly. Mine made the similar sound when i had the chain too tight.

The dealer in my town said the same thing about the power add. This salesman said that a few of his friends that ride yfz 450's rode one and they were racing two different shees and they were kicking their ass. I said whatever. I said was it a stock shee? He said no they were 4 mil strokers. Then I said not even possible. Damn salesman tyring to blow smoke up my ass.

I turned my front wheel around and have not had any problems yet. I ride alot of trails where it will take the most abuse and it has been fine four about 2yrs now.

A few guys on here have made their own. I would call up trinity and see if they offer one. If not look in dirtwheels mag and i'm sure you can find someone that sells one.

Check spark for sure. Ya don't want to replace parts if not needed. If you removed the throttle cable from the carbs did you resync them???? Need some more info to assist ya better.

PM Jeff aka FAST Racing or Passionre and talk with them about what you want to do and they will point ya in the right direction. Both are good guys to deal with. They want just take your money and leave ya hanging like the big companies will.
