  1. thanks for the compliments. like samc said they are the kenda klaws. You can run them either direction. they seem to hookup pretty good.
  2. No takers??????
  3. Contact me at 515-965-0766 after 4pm. Also have rear sand tires mounted on rims and front single rib tires. http://s47.photobucket.com/albums/f187/Dirtman350/
  4. Banshee for sale. See Pics attached. Let me know if interested. cmmease@netins.net. For sale local only or can pick it up.
  5. I used an air saw like the one above. Have to go slow or you can make a bad cut in your plastic.
  6. You may not see any imperfections in the o-ring but it might be flattened on one side. Make sure you clutch cover does not have and burrs in it when you assemble or it will cut oring. I usually put a light bead of silicone on oring before assemble just to ensure a good seal. Use sparingly.
  7. You'll have to remove the head and see hwat the numbers scribed into the domes is. Otherwise you can talk with the guy you bought it from and see if he remembers. Also make sure if you replace the domes check your elevation and make sure you get the right ones.
  8. Same here torque em down in the head and then snug em up with pliers. Don't get to carried away tighting them up.
  9. No Prob man. Whichever tire u decide on I'm sure you'll be happy.
  10. Klotz Supertechniplate 32:1 ratio. Been running good and strong for over 2 yrs now.
  11. I use Klotz Spertechniplate. Love the smell and no problems for over 2 yrs now. Motor looks just as clean as it did from the factory in 1998.
  12. You say you got your parts from jeff right. just give him a call and he'll take care of you.
  13. Ihave the Klaws on mine and think that they hook up pretty good. My bike is mostly stock.
  14. As a GM tech i can tell ya that with a improperly tuned dmax with a chip does some serious damage. I have seen it first hand. Make sure at least put a egt gauge in to mointor your exhaust temps. If you still have factory warranty you might lose it if the dealer finds out you had a power up device on it. Personally I'm strongly against power up devices but to each his own. I work on dmax's all day long and they are strong engine. Had a customer install a chip on a lly motor and burnt down two holes in the block. melted the tops of both pistons and scored the the block. That little repair cost him his job with the company and he had to pay about 15,000 for a new motor plus labor. If you know how to use the chip wisely you might be safe.
