Not sure on the exact number, you will have an increase with aftermarket pistons. BUT..... do not bore the cylinders to get more power. Boring the cylinders is a repair, not a mod. you will gain some displacement, but also know that your stock cylinders can only be bored so much, use them wisely.

make sure the choke tube is on (simple tube from carb to carb), clean the carbs???? jets, bowls, etc.... who did the rebuild? pistons in correctly? rings? reeds?

I would piece it back together and sell it. I would think that parting it out and trying to sell all the pieces would require more time and effort.

Where are you located? alititude? temperature? have you checked your compression? What is "acting up" ???? need more details.....

Did you hold the throttle wide open when testing the compression?

I would suggest you go up on your pilot jets.

If you are going from a stock bike to the mods you just listed.... yes you will definately notice a difference.

Trace that line back and see where it is coming from. Does your bike have the coolant overflow bottle removed? I recall someone on here with a problem where some coolant lines were crossed with the case breathers. Dont take it in, im sure that with HQ members help, the porblem will be traced.
